Chapter Twenty

Niall's P.O.V

As Liam and I lay in bed, his arms wrapped around me, I look to the window, moonlight seeping in. I smile thinking about earlier today. Jenna, Tyler, Liam, and I end up watching movies until midnight. Tyler eventually warmed up to me, he pulled my aside to have a quick talk. All he really said was that he was sorry, and that he was only looking out for Liam and me because he has a bad habit of hurting people and vice versa, which is why his relationships never work out, so he just doesn't want to see Liam end up hurting me because he said the way Liam looked at me was something he's never seen before. That made me feel good, after that he hugged me and we went back to Jenna and Liam. Liam and I left their house at around 12:30, when we got home we came strait up to the bedroom.

"Liam?" I whispered into the semi dark room wondering if he was still awake behind me.

"Hmm" he grunted making me let out a slight giggle. I turned around in his arms to face him. Looking at him, his eyes were still closed but eyebrows raised.

"You wouldn't happen to still have Harry's number would you?" I ask softly, pecking his lips to get him to open his eyes.

"Yeah I put it in my phone before I washed it off my hand, why?" His voice was low and raspy, he was so tired.

"Okay, I think I'm gonna give him a call tomorrow." I said, only then did Liam open his eyes.

"Okay." Was all he responded, curling his muscular arms around me and pulling so that I'm practically laying on top of him. I nuzzle my face into his neck, smiling.

"Goodnight, sleep tight, don't let the bed bugs bite." I giggle, pressing a soft kiss to his neck.

"The only bug I'll let bite me is you." I hear Liam say making me pull away resting my hands on his chest.

"I am not a bug, Liam Payne." I say in a sassy tone. Liam smirks hands move down my body stoping at my bum giving it a playful squeeze I lightly slap him on the chest.

"You're my Ni bug and my cuddle bug." He smiles making my heart melt. I let myself fall onto him, one ear pressed against his chest listening to his steady heart beat.

"I'm your Ni bug. And you're my Lima Bean." I smile. He kisses my head, holding me against his body.

"Get some sleep, Princess." Liam whispers in my ear, weaving our feet together.

"I love you." I breath out, resting my head on the pillow, out faces centimeters apart, my left hand pressed against his chest and the other is holding his hand, fingers locked together.

"I love you too." He presses a quick kiss to the tip of my nose, then shutting his eyes. Letting myself become engulfed by Liam and all his warmth and security, I fall asleep.

Waking up the next morning feeling refreshed I feel around the bed blindly, no Liam. Opening my eyes I look around the room, the bathroom door is closed. Assuming he must be in there I get up and walk towards the closed door. Knocking three times I wait for an answer.

"Who is it?" Liam yells from the other side of the door.

Rolling my eyes, I answer, "room service." He laughs, opening the door wearing nothing but a black pair of briefs I take a quick once over noticing that he's sporting some morning wood. I quickly avert my eyes back to his face.
