Don't Know Nothing

Chapter 1 - Now waking up is hard to do.

Chapter 1

I woke up, but somehow my eyes wouldn't let me open them. I could feel every part of my body hurting me. I didn't know what was going on and I didn't know what to do. After trying for a long time I finally managed to open my eyes but quickly closed them because I was looking into a bright light that was hanging from the ceiling.

On the ride sight of my bed I heard a voice, I didn't recognize the voice but I could hear it say: 'she is awake'. I heard the person move and grabbing my hand, holding on to it very tight.

On te other side of the bed I heard footsteps which came closer to the bed. I opened my eyes again and stared into a young womans eyes. She was wearing a long white coat so I assumed she was a doctor, although I wasn't really sure.

'How are you feeling?' The woman asked. I tried to answer and say horrible but I couldn't say anything so instead I tried to make a painfull face and I saw she understood it. After that I looked at the right side because that was the side I heard the first voice.

I saw a man standing there, looking very serious at me but when he noticed I was looking at him he smiled at me. He had a cute smile, that made him even more handsome than he already was, he was long, had dark hair and had tattoos all over his arms. Although his smile was making him look a bit happy he looked very tired. 'Hey sweetie, there you are again,' he said to me. I wanted to response but I felt so tired so I closed my eyes and felt that I was falling asleep again.

I woke up a couple more times like that, everytime I tried to answer someone his question, but I couldn't manage to stay awake, so I fell asleep as soon as I wanted to answer.



But after a couple of times, it felt really as a couple of days later, I could manage to stay up longer. So I could finally answer some questions from the doctor. 'How are you feeling?' She asked for what seemed to be the thousand time.

'Well everyting hurts, I can feel every bone in my body hurting and I don't have a clue what has happend,' I said.

'You don't remember anything from your accindent?' She asked me without looking very shocked. I shrugged and tried to remember, but as I tried I found out that I couldn't remember anything. The doctor must have seen my struggle and asked me 'do you know your name?'

Of course I know my name, what a silly question, I thought, but after thinking for a couple of seconds I realized I couldn't remember it. It was like everything was gone, I couldn't remember anything. I looked schocked at the docter and I began to feel dizzy and sick. How could this happen to me? Where is everything?!

I was beginning to feel angry and sad at the same time. The doctor looked at me and said: 'Well that is completly normal, we see this more with people who had an accident like you. You had a car accident. From what the police has found out, you were driving in your car and somehow you lost control of the car and you drove away from the road and hit a tree. You were rushed into the hospital and there we found out you had a internal bleeding, you were doing very bad at that time and we were afraid we were going to loose you but you were really strong and you managed to survive this. But you have been in a coma for a couple of days.' I looked shocked at her and tried to remember anything but nothing could come back to me. The doctor walked to a corner in the room and got something out of a bag. It looked like a wallet. She openend it and she grabbed something out of it. I saw it was my identification card and all of a sudden I remembered some bits. I remembered my name was Kaylynn Parker and I was 28 years old. No I didn't read that because the docter was still holding on to the card.

'I remember some things!' I said to the doctor.

The doctor smiled at me, still holding on to my card. 'That's good, that's really good! But I'm sorry I have to go to other patients. But if you wanna know anything or need something you can push this button' she said pointing at a big red button.

She wanted to walk away. But just before she want away I asked 'doctor, who was the man standing next to me the first time I woke up?'

'Well, that was your boyfriend! His name is Adam, Adam Levine,' she said and she walked away with a weird smile on her face.



My boyfriend? I asked myself. I couldn't imagine having a boyfriend. But since I couldn't remember anything it didn't seem that weird that I couldn't imagine him being my boyfriend. I thought back and saw Adam his face before me, he was so handsome. I wondered if the docter wasn't joking, since I couldn't imagine having such a cute and handsome boyfriend. I also wondered why the docter had a weird smile on her face after she said he was my boyfriend. I mean it isn't that weird to have a boyfriend right? Or was there something wrong with Adam, did she try to hide something important about him.

I looked around wondering what time and date it would be. I looked to my right and saw a alarm clock which also stated the date. It said it was 3:00 PM and it was the fifth of april. I tried to remember the date I had the accident so I could find out how long I had been in this coma. But I forgot that I didn't remember anything so I started to feel frustrated again and all of a sudden I felt so anry. I wanted to throw with some things, but I couldn't get the strength to lift something up. So I closed my eyes instead and wandered off into a dreamless sleep.

English is not my main language so sometimes I make stupid mistakes but if I keep repeating my mistakes please tell me so I can improve! :)
