JORDAN'S P.O.V

I am the worst girlfriend to walk this earth. I am so unbelievably bad at being in a relationship, that I completely forgot I had a boyfriend until a minute ago, when Logan met me at the school gates to walk me to my locker. Logan offered to carry my bag with all my books in it for me too. Now that's how you do a relationship.

How not to do a relationship: go away for the weekend without telling him/her, not respond to any of his/her texts, nearly kiss another person whilst in a relationship with him/her. Another pro-tip would be to avoid informing him/her that you "completely forgot" about them. That wouldn't be wise.

"Oh my god I completely forgot about you!" I gasp, before slamming my hand over my mouth. Please tell me I didn't just say that.

But judging from the smile which slipped off Logan's face, I totally did just say that. "Umm..." He mumbles.

I force a laugh, hoping to salvage this train wreck of a situation. "I was joking! God, chill out." I chuckle. I'm not quite sure if I overdid it on the laughing, but he seems to be looking less startled than he did a few moments ago.

"Oh sorry Jordy, I thought you were serious! It wouldn't be hard to believe seeing as you didn't respond to my texts." He teases as he reaches for my hand and we continue walking down the halls.

He effortlessly moves through the sea of bodies whilst guiding me behind him. If I didn't know any better, I'd say he was a biblical character. People part for him as he walks past, people clap him on the back when they see him, girls cast him big smiles when he notices them. I feel so insignificant in comparison. I'm comfortable with the feeling though, I guess I'm used to it - in the company of Spencer Reid and Alex Carter, you kind of have to be.

"I was at Disneyland and had no reception!" I explain. The lie slips right through my teeth. Correction, only half of it is a lie.

He nods his head. "Yeah I know, I saw Alex's instagram post of you both." His eyes search my face.

I don't know what the hell he's searching for though, I have nothing to hide. Except the whole 'trying to make my enemy fall in love with me whilst using my body and charming personality' situation.

I pull out my phone from the back pocket of my jeans and search for Carter's instagram. It seems as if the devil has unblocked me purely so I can see this instagram post.

'Alexroxursox' posted a stupid selfie of us both screaming on a rollarcoaster. I look like a truck has repeatedly run over my face, while Carter looks as if he just stepped out a Calvin Klein photo shoot. He captioned it: Having a ride with the infamous Jordan Reid. It looks as if he attempted to tag me however it was unsuccessful due to the fact that 'JordanReid' blocked his ass several years ago.

"Stupid username." I comment.

Logan looks really unimpressed with me right now and I don't blame him. "That's all you have to say about it Jordan?"

"Look Logan, I'm really sorry but I can't control what that idiot does. He's always going to try and break us up because he wants to make me miserable. He knows that you make me happy and he's going to use that against me, against us." I drop my books in my locker and turn to face the moping boy behind me.
