*Leroy*
The past week was hectic. Matty finding it hilarious to smoke and set the fire alarms off, Hayden skipping most of her meals but when she did eat, there would be commotion. Carlos thought it would be funny to follow Matty's footsteps and set the fire alarm off as well. Hell, even I thought it would be funny to rebel against Dad and Emily.
Hayden was still mad at her mom, but things were getting easier. We had a nice dinner last night without any shouting or snarky comments, other than the fact Matty puked all over his dinner.
I was getting used to walking shirtless and wondering around the third floor, just for Hayden to get out and see. She hadn't given me one second of attention; she'd act like my hot bod wasn't even something to stare at.
But she hasn't brought Lucas home, which was a good thing. Maybe they weren't serious?
"Hola Mamacita." I say quietly, so my papa won't hear.
"Morning." She replies with a small smile, while she pours the milk into her cereal bowl.
I frown at it. "Who has cold milk?"
"Who has warm milk?" She frowns back.
"I do, everyday Seniorita." I wink at her, not sure why though. Because I don't know how drinking warm milk is sexy. She furrows her eyebrows is confusion. Same baby girl, same.
"Tu loco." She rolls her eyes while she walks over to the table to eat.
I follow behind her, "My little chica speakin' espanol? I like it." I mummer quietly, while taking a bite off my apple.
"One of these days you're going to get me into a lot of trouble." She raises her eyes, without looking at me.
I am? I am. "This cities full of surprises." I wink and move closer to her but as soon as I saw my papa walk in, I moved as far away as possible from her. I was sure; he'd kick them out if he saw anything happening between us.
"Morning kids." Papa raises his eye brows; like what we're doing something suspicious.
"Morning." Hayden says through gritted teeth.
"'Sup." I reply.
"What are you doing?" My dad says looking at me.
I motion my hand towards my apple and then my face, "Having an apple..."
"Well that's not going to help you now is it, have a proper breakfast." He slightly yells, and walks over to the microwave and brings out the hot plate of food, that I suspect is for me made by Julia; our maid.
"What's with the shouting?" Emily yawns, walking in and heading straight for the coffee machine.
"The boy wants to be a professional tennis player, but he doesn't even eat properly." My dad rolls his eyes and slides the food towards me.
I look down at it, and then my watch, I had twenty minutes till first period started. There was no way I could eat this in time. I didn't even want to eat it. I shake my head and turn away, taking another bite from the apple.
"Eat the damn food son." My dad says in a low voice.
"God, Alex. If he doesn't want to eat, don't force him." Emily almost shrieks at dad. This was the usual argument that happened in the morning.
"Emily if you're not on my side, I'd appreciate if you'd get your coffee and stay out of this." He says in a stern voice.
And this is how the arguments between my parents start.
