*Hayden*
"What the hell was you;s thinking?" Emily yells at me and Leroy, her face bright red and her eye brows risen, if I wasn't so tired, I would have been terrified right now.
"And what in God's name are you wearing?" Dad says with disgust in his face, and gestures his hand towards my dress. I remove my arms from hugging my body and start to pull my dress down, after being in a holding cell for the last nine hours, my dress had creased and rolled up higher than it originally was.
My make up smeared, I looked like I was doing drugs. I wouldn't be surprised if they thought I was high right now.
"It was that boy wasn't it?" Dad hisses. "Arrested? Seriously Hayden? This is not like you." Dad places his palm on his head. "Stay away from her, I always knew you was bad news." Dad growls pushing Leroy out the way.
"Antonio." Emily says firmly under her breath.
Leroy doesn't move, Alex doesn't say anything, and Emily stands there with her head down. They all thought it was Leroy's fault that we got arrested.
"It wasn't his fault." I say from the tip of my tongue, so quietly I didn't think they heard.
"What?" Dad spits.
"It was my fault, I was the one who agreed to it, when Leroy said no first." I shrug. "I wanted to go." I say keeping my eyes on my feet.
I feel Leroy's hand touch my elbow, but I pull away. "It wasn't her fault." Leroy says sternly.
"It was." I say defensively.
"Hayden." Leroy clutches his jaw, and looks down at me.
"I don't believe you, don't lie for this boy." My dad angles his head to an angle, and looks at me in a way he hasn't looked at me for three years.
"Why would I be lying? I'm not that kid you both left behind years ago, I've grown up. I've changed." I say slightly raising my voice. Tears start to roll down my cheeks, from the anger that build up inside me.
After we got arrested, they took us to a holding cell and we were given the chance to call our parents to bail us out, but Leroy was not having it. He didn't want his dad to find out, which meant we'd have to stay until the next day, but after being inside for nine hours, I gave up and called my dad. It was currently a little past eight in the morning, and our parents were angrier than ever. They said, if we had only called them earlier they wouldn't have been this mad, because for the last nine hours they were going out of their mind looking for us.
I look around the cell, it was pretty much empty other than the few people in the holding cells, and the two police officers. We haven't still seen Bella or Jesus, I wonder if they were still in cell in another place, or even caught in the first place.
"Well you sure have not grown up." Dad shakes his head.
I kiss my teeth out of anger. "Do us all a favour and go back to prison, will you." I snap, immediately regretting the words that had rolled out of my tongue, I walk out the station ignoring Emily's gasp, and everyone's raised eye brows.
I see Leroy fast walk behind me, I don't turn around at the sound of his call instead I carry on walking. "Hey stop." He calls out, grabbing my elbow and dragging me back.
I turn around, with my arms folded on my chest I look down at the ground with a raised eye brows. "What?" I hiss.
"First of all, you need to apologise to your dad, and secondly, I missed your extremely rude and smart come backs, and thirdly let's get the hell out of here before my dad finds me alone and beats my ass." He says squinting, and letting his hand fall of my elbow and grab my hands.
