Hey! Don't get confused with the point of view swap :) I've written their name to make it clear.
Chapter two: Six ... Six six
*Hayden*
One thing I did not get was why the popular people had to throw a party on the first day of senior year, on a school night. Was it them marking their territory? Or them just acting like rich jerks? Either way it sucked, and I had to go to survive the rest of senior year, because it was Leroy throwing the party.
I'll let you in on a secret; I've been basically in love with Leroy Sanchez since freshman years, the day I laid eyes on him. I mean I thought he was perfect, the bad boy act with the perfect look, his dirty brown hair on his tanned bright orange skin, it was just breath-taking.
He didn't even need to fake tan, even though he was always in the sun because he's a Tennis player and also because he was Mexican. He knew he was perfect; the perfect grades the perfect life.
Leroy was rarely nice to me, I think it was because my real mom was his step-mom and he hated that. But then there were times when he was nothing but nice to me. But, during the summer holidays I did something I knew I would forever regret.
Well in the beginning we were both at his party and he was slightly tipsy, and he basically told me he was in love with me. A seventeen-year-old girl, being told by their crush they love them, I mean wouldn't you want to lose your virginity to them?
After he told me he loved me, it led to one thing and then another and then the next morning I happened to be awake near him, naked and fully remembering what had happened that night.
And the next day, when he realised what had happened, he told me he didn't love me and he was only trying to get me into bed. And of course I cried like a baby, but when I finally came to school and he saw me, he was nice to me. And I fell back in love with him again, because I was an idiot.
And the thing that sucked the most was that, my mom was married to his dad, although I loved Leroy first.
And if I didn't go to his party today, he would make my life hell like he did last time I didn't go. It took him five days to forgive me, and I had to be his personal servant for the five days.
Putting the steaming hot straightener on the ground, I run my fingers through my hair to make it not so flat and grab my pink knitwear.
"Isaac you can come in." Eden called Isaac, who had gone downstairs whilst we were changing into our party clothes.
I pull my pink knitwear on before Isaac can come inside, leaving my hair out completely straight. I look at my white jeans, is it safe to wear these to a party? Whatever, it looked good.
Isaac comes inside with a slice of pizza on his hand, and winks at us. "Take the wedges off and wear your gladiator shoes, it'll look better." Isaac says with a full mouth.
I look down at my outfit, he was right. Maybe I would look better with it, so I do as he says and put on the gladiator sandals.
Eden wore a casual dress with her hair in loose curls, and light make up, as did I. Isaac wore black jeans with a black shirt, with his sleeked brown hair tucked to the side.
"You're so handsome Isaac." I say, looking at his washed out grey eyes, only to make him blush to the point he had to leave the room.
I shake my head when he does so, "He's such a baby." I say with laughter in my tone to Eden.
"You know I'm surprised he's still talking to you, after you went and had sex with Leroy, without even telling us about it." She says in a slightly annoyed tone.
