For weeks it seemed the group of Shadowhunters had been trapped and subject to different types of experiments. Sam and Matt didn't talk to much, but Eric had started to take a liking to Lena. They tried to comfort the others in times of more painful experiments. However they all paled in comparison to the unknown substance Lena had been the subject to several days ago.
The days went by slowly and it seemed the injections were becoming more and more painful. The four Shadowhunters were sitting around when the mysterious man walked in holding one syringe. He jerked up Lena and held her as he injected the solution into her neck.
"You're the first one for this that is my masters' wish since you look so much like your father," he spoke to her as he emptied the solution into her. After he'd finished he let her drop to the ground. He then turned to the group.
"If this experiment proves successful you all will recieve it." He then turned and left the room.
For the next few days Lena's pain filled screams were the only noises to be heard in that room.
"Well," Matt said as he stared at Lena's motionless form. "Atleast she's getting some rest."
"Yeah, but if we don't get out of here soon she will die" said Sam.
They had all witnessed how fast Lena was deteriorating after being injected with the mysterious liquid. If they we're going to get out there, it needed to happen fast.
As if something had been listening in, the hooded man had walked in.
"What came to test on us more?" Asked Eric.
"Listen," he spoke. "Follow me, we're getting out of here." None of them objected. Eric picked up Lena and followed the rest of them out.
