The group of Shadowhunters managed to sneak past any type of the men who kept them imprisoned. They finally reached outside of the place of their imprisonment. They begun following the mysterious Shadowhunter as he seemed to be looking for someone.
"So," Matt said breaking the silence. "Who exactly are you?"
"Someone who has been trying to free you guys for a while," he replied. They followed him as he walked up to a female waiting up ahead. She seemed like any normal human, except her eyes were purple.
"And who are you?" This time it was Sam asking the question.
"Her name is Katalina, and I'm Joshua" the man said. "We've been watching this place for a while now."
"We know that Valentine and Sebastian are running it," Katalina said. "We finally just got the opportunity to get you guys out of there."
"Can you please help my friend?" Eric asked. He placed Lena on the ground to let the young witch and shadowhunter examine her. Eric has been concerned about Lena; over the past few days she has become weaker and weaker. Now she won't even wake up.
"Well you're friend has been poisoned" said Joshua. "She's dying."
Dying," Matt repeated. "Is there anything we can do?"
"We can't," replied Katalina. "However the best chance we have is to take her to a warlock named Magnus Bane in New York."
Matt looked from Katalina and Joshua to Eric and Sam, Matt wasn't so sure about Downworlders. He then glanced down at Lena who was looking closer to death by ech passing day. More than that he felt a strange connection to her, as if he's been around her before.
"If Lena dies I feel as if I'll never be the same" Matt thought to himself. He then looked back at Katalina and Joshua who were waiting on her answer.
"Let's get her to New York.

"Jace," Clary said right before he stepped through a portal. "Where are you going?
"There has been demon sightings near Brooklyn," he explained. "I've been asked to go and help with eliminating them."
"Why didn't ask me to go?" Clary asked. "You know I can help out too."
"Clary I know you can, but not in your condition." His eyes then went down to her abdomen, which was slowly expanding. "I don't want nothng bad to happen to you two. If anything thing did I'd never forgive myself." Clary was about to protest, but hearing Jace's words she sighed in defeat.
"Alright Jace," she said. "Just make sure Brooklyn is demon free."
"Of course," he smiled before he stepped through the portal.
