The group finally arrived to the Institute. To any mundane it just looked like an abandoned Cathedral. However without the Glamour it looked like a very beautiful building.
"Well," Eric said. "I can finally tell my family I've been to the Big Apple.""Who are these people Josh?" A tall man with black hair came up asked as he approached the group. "I told you to get approval before you bring strangers here."
"I know Father," Josh said. "Dad told us to come here."
"Why? What's going on?"
"This girl has been poisoned by demon blood." Josh gestured towards Lena, who was almost lifeless. "Dad told us to bring her here to Aunt Clary for a healing rune and he would follow suit once he wrapped up some business."
"Very well," he said. "Follow me."They awaited for Clary and the man named Alec to come into the infirmary as he said. It seemed like forever, but he finally came followee by a red headed woman and a blonde man.
"Woah," he said. "What's with all the children and especially one that looks like Sebastian."
"Jace I told you I don't know," Alec replied. "And that's not Sebastian, that kid is much younger." No matter what his parabatai, he just continued to glare at this young shadowhunter.
"What's your name?" Jace demanded.
"Sam," he replied. It took all of his willpower to remain calm, the last thing he wanted was to get his ass kicked by the Jace Herondale.
"No, your full name."
"Jonathan Samuel Stormshadow." This seemed to please Jace as he didn't question him anymore."Where is the one who was poisoned?" Clary asked. They lead her to Lena, who was laying on one of the beds. Clary moved close to examine her. She finally looked back at Jace who was lingering around the room along with Eric.
"Jace," she finally said "Can I borrow your stele?"
"Of course," he said handing it to her. Then turnee back to Lena and begun to draw healing runes and a few strengthening runes. What made these special was they were ones she created, nothing from the Gray Book.Jace continued to pace around the room in deep thought. Of all the Nephilim, why was there another Sebastian? He looked up to see one of the others pacing around.
"Hey kid," he got the boy's attention. "Why aren't you with the others?"
"Just thinking about everything." You and me both kid. "I mean does anyone even know her? Hell she looks alot like you." That threw Jace off. Jace glanced over at the girl Clary was currently trying to keep alive. Then Jace glanced over at the read headed boy who stood close by her side.
"You'd never believe it, but yeah I do know Veronica," Jace finally said. "I also know that her and Matthew can never let their relationship progress beyond beinf friends." Eric just stared at Jace for a while before shaking his head in confusion.
"I don't know what to believe anymore," he said. "I do know I need to get back home soon and so does Sam."
"Well this boy seems alot like me when I was younger," Jace thought to himself. "By the Angel I hope Veronica hasn't gotten feelings for him."
