Alyssa walked home in the rain, alone, and found it fitting.  Tears ran down her cheeks.  She couldn't believe Chad had dumped her!  She sat down of the curb of the bus stop with a pathetic plunk and sobbed.  She cried until she couldn't breathe.  By the time the bus pulled up, she probably looked like a drowned kitten.  She climbed on board, her shoes squishing.  She paid the bus driver and sat down, shivering and numb.  Someone sat down beside her, but she didn't turn.  She couldn't.  So she just sat there until the bus pulled up at her stop.  Suddenly, she couldn't move.  Her feet were frozen with forewarning.  And, the stranger had grabbed her wrist.  She sat down before the wave of nausea that followed the frozen feet could come.  The stranger wouldn't let her go.  She slowly, cautiously, turned her head to face them.  She gasped.  It was Chad!  She tried to move, to scream, honestly, desperately tried, but before she could, the cloth was over her face, her head was in a sack, and she was unconscious.
