Nathan was in the same lesson as me for the first two periods but he didn't even look at me once. But why should I care? He's a good looking guy and I'm just an average quiet girl.
It was finally third period, chemistry, it wasn't my favourite but I got the chance to sit quietly and think about my life, I didn't really have any friends in my chemistry class.
After about twenty minutes of the lesson I heard Abby who was one of the girls in my lesson speak. "Nathan went out with my cousin a few moths ago, he went to her school, they dated for a few days but then he dumped her and his reason was 'he got bored of her'. She was heartbroken and wouldn't talk to anyone for a good two days."
As I heard Abby say that I felt upset for some reason. Knowing that he was a player just made my heart hurt. I don't even know him properly yet but hearing that surely made me upset.
After a long boring morning, it was finally lunch which meant time to chill with the girls. I went and bought my lunch then made my way to our usual table in the canteen. Hannah and Sarah were already there.
"Hey" they both said in unison as I sat down in front of them.
"Hi." I smiled.
We ate our lunch and talked about random things including my brother. Yes we talked about Lucas. Sarah's had a major crush on my brother since we were like ten, but being the quiet girl she is she's too scared to tell him even-though they're good friends and she would literally kill me if I told Lucas.
"I've heard that the new guy is a bad boy." Sarah spoke.
"And a player." Hannah commented.
"He's also my new neighbour."
Both girls looked at me in shock as their mouths hung open.
"No way!" Sarah shouted.
"Lucky you!" Hannah smiled.
"Yeah lucky her." Someone said from behind me.
I turned around to see a smirking Nathan, he was with Lucas and his friends Jake, Alex and Daniel.
"Hello?" I asked.
"Hey." Nathan responded.
The bell for end of lunch went and I hurried to my next lesson to escape the awkwardness. Obviously after I said bye to Hannah and Sarah.
After the next few lessons dragged on, it was finally time to go home and I made my way to Lucas' car and waited for him.
After a few minutes Lucas came and gave me quick hug, as he let go of me I felt the presence of someone.
"So I'm guessing this is your boyfriend?" Nathan said as he looked at Lucas then at me.
"Twin brother" I corrected.
"Oh." Nathan sounded shocked and Lucas began laughing.
"Yo Lucas, you never told me that she was your sister." Nathan mumbled.
"Well you never asked." Lucas said whilst he was still laughing.
"Oh yeah true, anyway bye." Nathan waved at Lucas then walked off.
