I spend the whole week smiling like an idiot. Everybody kept asking me what's up with me but I couldn't tell them that I had a disease called love. It's the most beautiful thing in the world and beats all of the other feelings. But people put love down because with love also comes rejection or heartbreak. But it's not like that. Love is the only thing other than art that still makes life worth living; even if it's just love from a friend. At least that's what I think. There will always be pain but love makes everything seem worth it.

She said she'd be there when sun starts hiding behind the mountain tops. I was sitting on the bench under the tree we were sitting under the last time. I put my favourite book beside me and waited for her. She didn't show up for a long time, but she was worth the wait.

My world once again stopped and started spinning in slow motion when her figure was coming towards me, wearing a beautiful angel-like white dress and flowers in her hair. I was so in love that I pictured her wearing a white wedding dress as she'd come down the aisle. But my daydreaming was interrupted by her fixing her dress and sitting down beside me. I needed to say something so I introduced myself.

"Hi. I was too nervous to say anything the last time. I'm Jason. And I brought my favourite book with me. I really enjoyed reading your favourite book as well. Here you go." I handed her the book and she put it down on her lap and looked down at it. "Hi. I will introduce myself as Lorelay for now. But there's always a meaning behind someone's name. I'd say you know the meaning behind mine, but do you know about the meaning behind yours?"

Her eyes were looking at me but there was something different in the way they glowed. They weren't cold as ice anymore. The ring around her pupil was coloured green. I don't think I've ever seen so beautifully coloured eyes before.

I replied: "I really don't know. I've never given it a second thought. Do you know it?"

Her mouth opened and without speaking up, they closed again. Why was she so shy? She always seemed like such a confident girl. She looked down my book again and fixed her hair behind her ear. After some time she finally said: "It means the one who heals."

I smiled and looked at her. I didn't know why she knew the meaning behind my name, but I really liked the words coming from her mouth.

"Well, not to make things awkward; I really don't know how to read without highlighting the important parts of the book. I didn't write in your book in case you wouldn't like it but I put a note in it instead. You may read it so I can see your reaction." I smiled.

She opened the book and read the part I picked out. She smiled widely, her white teeth showing and her dimples deeper than ever. "That's my favourite quote, too." The green in her eyes started to become the main colour in her eyes. It looked like magic but I didn't mind asking. We sat there talking till the sky became this beautiful pallet of orange, red and pink. She was so fascinated, looking at the sky. But not even the most beautiful sunset could ever compare to her outstanding coloured eyes. I remember thinking that I wouldn't mind missing a hundred sunsets if I could wake up to her sunset filled eyes every morning.
