Allie's POV:
Finally! My parents are getting married and I'm so excited that they're not splitting up, I'm still a tad bit shaken from the incident that occurred 5 months ago but I know he can't hurt me nor my mom anymore.
"Are you ready?" I look into the mirror and see Danny smiling at me as he closes the door.
"Yes, you look sharp!" He blushes and I smile.
"Thanks, you look amazing babe" he walks over slowly and kisses my lips gently.
"Thank you" I smile and he pulls a flower from behind his back and sticks it in my hair.
"Awww it's so cute" I giggle and he chuckles.
"Let's go!" He kisses my hand and guides me out the door and to the glass door where I'm ushered up the aisle as part of the bridal party.
Becky's POV:
"Is the cake here yet?"
"Where is Monica! I can't rely on her for nothing!"
"Get Tasha in here!"
"Lily! Where's my veil! Oh forget it!"
"Becky! Relax!" Tasha runs in and shakes me gently.
"Breathe, in, out, in, that's it" she guides me through the breathing process and I roll my eyes.
"The cake just arrived and Monica's-"
"Hey, I'm sorry I'm late, there was a problem at my home so I had to make some calls" Monica finally shows up.
Uhh do I look like I care?
"That's no problem at all" I force a smile and sit for her to do my make up and hair. After 45 minutes she's putting on my crown and I'm slipping into my dress.
"Awww Becky you look stunning!" Tasha flicks away a tear and hugs me tightly.
"Thank you" I smile and get my veil and bouquet.
"Are you ready?" Tasha asks returning from checking to see if the bridal party and everything's in check. I exhale and nod and she gets behind me to get my train.
I get outside and by the glass door. Sigh. It's been 5 months since the incident and the case was closed after it was announced self defense and due to his criminal record where they discovered the connection between him and I, they learned his full intentions. Sigh.
"You can do this" Tasha assures me and I exhale once more. The doors creak open but someone calls out to me.
"Becky!"
I look to my right and see Shaks running over in his tux and smiling. I smile and he stands beside me and cocks out his elbow to allow me to lock my arm inside.
"I'm so glad that you could make it" I smile and he kisses my forehead.
"I'm glad to be here" I blush and the piano strikes up the song to indicate that it's time for me to enter.
Shaks' POV:
We enter and I walk her slowly up the aisle. I'll be totally honest, it took some courage for me to get to this wedding. I couldn't bare even the thought of Becky marrying someone else. Showing up was the hardest thing I've ever had to do but walking her up the aisle, and now the pass over? This is suicide...
She let's go and I grab her fingers and she looks back at me and smiles lightly then her fingers slip out of mine and I assume position.
Allie's POV:
This is just so amazing. I'm standing beside them and I can't help but smile like crazy. I want to cry but I hold it back to avoid my mom bursting out in tears as well. She glances over at me and the sparkle in her eyes does it.
I'm tearing up...
Becky's POV:
I look over and see Allie flicking away few tears and I giggle. I've never seen her so happy in all her life. It makes me happy.
The pastor asks if anyone wanted to object, do it now or forever hold their peace. I glance around the room and everyone's smiling.
"Oka-"
"I object!" Someone interrupts and I turn my head quickly to see who it possibly could be.
To my surprise, it's Renée who bursts into the room with the biggest belly extended in her ankle length dress.
"CJ, I'm pregnant...and the baby's yours!" She blurts out panting possibly from rushing in here unannounced and uninvited!
"What?" CJ says little above a whisper and I look at him.
"Shit" he says and sighs then walks down the steps towards Renée. What the fuck?
"CJ! Can you not see me standing here?" I shout and he comes back but I stop him.
"No! Don't even come near me! You disrespected me when you slept with her, you disrespected me in front of our daughter and now you're disrespecting me in front of our friends and families!"
He stares into my eyes and I know for a fact he can see my pain.
"Beck-"
"No! I don't wanna hear it, just take care of that!" I say calmly and walk past them and out the door to the outside of the hotel.
When I get outside the tears rush out and I'm crying uncontrollably.
"How could I be so stupid?!"
"I should have seen this coming!"
"I never should have forgave him!"
"Becky.."
"Leave me alone!" I wipe my tears and sit on the bench under the tree.
"Becky..." I look up and see Shaks sitting beside me with sympathy in his eyes. I quickly look away because I'm too embarrassed.
"I know you love him but it's not your fault"
"I know" I finally reply and he hugs me tightly. I cry into his shoulder and he rubs my back.
Allie's POV:
My mom and Shaks are outside for probably 10 minutes and I'm still frozen in this position staring at Renée who's belly looks as though she's about to pop. She must be having a twin.
"Allie.." My dad begins but I push him away from me.
"I hate you!" I shout and stomp down the aisle and out the door. Outside I see my mom and Shaks talking.
"Allie.." She starts when she sees me and I run into her arms in tears.
"I'm so sorry mom!" I say nestled in her chest.
"It's uhh umm okay uhhh" I can tell she's beyond sad and can't express her feelings.
"It's not your fault either Allie, things happen for a reason and sometimes you can't prevent them but you should always love him and forgive him, he's only human and you're his daughter"
I raise up my head sniffling and hug Shaks tightly.
"Thank you Shaks, for being here for both me and my mom!" I cry more and he strokes my hair.
"It's okay, I'll always be here for you two..."
I wipe my eyes and sniffle.
"You guys can stay with me if you want...." He says breaking the silence and I laugh. My mom starts laughing and so does he.
"Bad idea?"
"No I love it" I say smiling and looking at my mom.
It would be great to get away from my dad and his new child. Plus I always liked Shaks, for giving me clothes and stuff, I just thought my dad was my everything.....
"I love it too" my mom finally says and he hugs us both. We giggle and he grabs our hands and we run to the car.
I'm just kidding he guides us down the road to a bus stop and we catch the bus home.
Becky's POV:
I'm happy that Shaks is letting us stay with him but I can tell we'll be staying longer than planned so I stop home and pack up all our clothes and necessities and we load up my car. I stare back at the house as we head to Shaks' place and I can tell I'm never going to regret this.
We get there and I help Allie get settled in.
Allie's POV:
After I packed away my clothes I head back to the living room to where my mom and Shaks were sitting with his son. I've never actually met him or seen him but I am now.
"Allianna this is Seon, I practically raised him.." My mom laughs and I smile.
"Seon, this is my daughter Allianna" he looks back and smile and I instantly blush.
"Hi.." I say smiling and he chuckles.
"Hey"
We order pizza and I get orange juice but I'm constantly thinking of back home.... I miss my room but now I'm sleeping in Seon's room and he's in the basement.
Sounds scary... But he's a big boy. I smile to myself and glance over at him. He looks away quickly and I giggle and blush.
