Carnival with your little sister. Louis

We had to babysit my little sister Annie today, she is only 5. Not really a handful so we brought her to the carnival that was about to leave town.

“Y/N I want that penguin.” I saw her pointing to little stuffed penguin that was bright neon pink. “Can you buy it for me?”

I would have if I could but it was a prize to a game. I would have played the game but I have no aim. “No, it’s not for sale.”

“What’s not for sale?” Louis said coming back for us, after we stopped and he kept going.

“That pink penguin. I want it. Will you buy it for me Louis?” she asked sweetly.

“Annie, that’s not for sale but I can try to win it for you.” He said grabbing her hand and walking over to the stand.

Right next to us was another couple and her boyfriend just won her a teddy bear, “Why did he give her the teddy bear?” Annie asked while Louis started to play.

“That’s her boyfriend.” I said watching Louis had to start again.

It took him 3 games to finally win, “Finally! Now I would like that pink penguin.” of course he was given some weird looks for waiting the pink animal but Louis brushed it off and took it anyway, “Here you go Annie.”

I’ll be right back I said looking at my phone, “Hey mum.”

“Hey Y/N, how was your day?”

“Normal, except Louis just won a pink stuffed animal.”

“So Louis was being Louis.”

“Yes. I’m guessing that was not why you were calling?”

“Right. Can you get home soon?”

“Sure. We are about done anyway.” I said looking back at Louis who looked ready to drop and Annie snuggling her toy yawning.

“Great see you soon.” and she hung up.

I walked over and sat down next to Louis. “Ready to go?”

“Yes.” he said standing up and carrying Annie out to the car.

We dropped Annie off at my mum’s house before heading back to our place.

Your Mum’s POV~

Louis carried Annie to her room and put her in bed, while I talked to Y/N. “So Louis won her the pink stuffed animal for her?”

“Yeah. Real manly winning a pink penguin for himself.” she said sarcastically.

Louis came back downstairs, “So Louis, you ready to go home and go to bed too.” I asked as he plopping onto the sofa.

“Yes please.”

Y/N got up and gave me hug before pulling Louis off the sofa and leaving, “Love you mum.” She shouted back.

I laughed at them before heading to bed ,myself.

The next morning~

“Mummy!” Annie shouted running into my bed. “Are you awake I want to ask you something.”

“Well I am now. So shoot.” I said sitting up.

“Yesterday some guy gave his stuffed animal he won to his girlfriend. Does that make Louis my boyfriend?”

I laughed, “No. Louis has a girlfriend. Y/N is already His girlfriend.”

“Oh.” was all she said before she left again.

I had to tell Y/N.

Your POV~

I was watch T.V. when I heard the phone ringing, Louis picked it up. “Hello-” he checked the caller ID, “Mrs. Y/L/N.” blah blah my mum talking, “Okay Y/N PHONE FOR YOU!” he shouted although I was right next to him.

“Thanks for killing my ears Lou.” I said before taking the phone. “Hey mum.”

“Y/N i think that Louis has another girlfriend.” she said serousily.

“WHAT?” I shouted at her shooting a glare in Louis’s direction.

“Yeah. Or at least that is what she told me. You know her Annie Y/L/N.” she said and I could almost tell she was smiling at the other end of the phone.

“Mum, that was not funny. You scared me.” I said trying not to laugh.

“Well this morning Annie asked me if her and Louis were boyfriend and girlfriend so I had to see your response.” she said not trying to control her laughter.

I was trying to act at mad but that was not working well, “Well guess what HE IS MINE.” I shouted back into the phone.

“Well I just called to tell you what happened, but now I have to feed Annie or she’ll be a pest. I gotta go. I only wish I could have seen your face.”

“Hahaha very funny mum, I love you bye.” I said before hanging up the phone.

“What was that?” Louis asked looking at me like I was crazy.

I laughed, “My sister thought you two were dating and my mum called me to tell me you had another girlfriend.”

He laughed, “That might explain that. But Annie is too young for me.”

“That the only reason you would not be with her.” I said pretend pouting.

He laughed, “No, also because I am in love with someone else.”

“Me?” I said giving him puppy dog eyes.

“No, Harry.” he laughed and gave me a kiss, “Of course I meant you.”
