Years forgotten. Louis

I watched as the screen shown a steady heart beat of Louis. The crash only caused me a few scraps, but Louis on the other hand had other issues. Hitting his head so that he was knocked unconscious.

"Hey Y/N." I heard Jay say coming into the room sitting in the chair next to me. "Nothing seems to have changed." she said with a sad smile.

"Yeah." I watched as Louis still lying there before. "Still shows small signs of waking up soon but nothing has come of it."

"Sorry sweetie. Remember when you first moved next door in year 9 and Louis slept for 3 whole days after he fell out of his window trying to sneak out." she smiled brushing his hair out of his eyes even though they were closed, "Soon enough he will wake up and be fine just remember to get some sleep yourself."

2 days later-

Louis had woken up a few times and the only thing he had said to me was "Do I know you?" and this time I don't think that he was kidding,

"Y/N," Jay said sitting next to me in the wait room, "I know that he did not know who you are but it's possible that he can remember."

Sighing I walked out and toward Louis's room.

"Hey." I said knocking at the door.

Louis's eyes were trained on the TV although it was a black screen, "Let me guess you're Y/N, my best friend and girl friend." I nodded but stayed at the door, "Too bad I don't remember you."

"But I remember you." I said walking into the room timidly. "I am or was your best friend I know things you never trusted anyone else to know." I slid into the seat next to him where I usually sat before he was awake.

"I want things to be normal, but just jumping into a relationship with someone I don't know seems not normal."

"And since when have you been normal?" he opened his mouth to speak but I shut him up before he could go on, "Besides I don't wanna just jump right into it now things take time."

"Okay." he said looking back at the TV, "So for now we will be friends?"
