Chapter 20 (the party)

The party was going to be happening this night and fortunately for Sally, her parents let her go. She was really excited for her first high school party.

I got dressed early because i was nervous. Didn't want anything to happen to my dress. I grabbed my phone to text Jayson.

Me: Hey dum dum.
Dum dum: i think you're texting the wrong person. This is Jayson Shontaeya. Jayson your sweetheart.

Me: hahahhahaha! You wish. You know i use to call you "dum dum" before i knew your name and i saved your number as dum dum in my phone.

Dum dum: you just shattered my heart. (Inserts a crying emoji face) :-(

Me: i never knew you actually had a heart. Anyway are you gonna be at the party.

Dum dum: yeah, only if you're gonna be there.

Me: i'm gonna be there, do you need a ride. I can come pick you up.

Dum dum: pfft. I don't need a girl to give me a ride.

Me: suit yourself.

I knew i kind of hurt Jayson when i told him i never knew he had a heart. I just don't want to seem so easy to get.

It was already 9:00pm and the party starts at 8:00pm. I was with Sally in my car that my chauffeur was driving. We were waiting outside Sierra's house impatiently. We have been here for almost an hour.

Oh here she comes. Sally said as we both turned to look at Si-Si. She looked so pretty. She was dressed casually but her face was fleeked up.

I'm so sorry guys, my mom insisted on doing my makeup.

And she sure did a good job. Wow Sierra you look....

You look like a diva girl. I helped Sally complete her statement.

We got to the party and it was going wild. Outside his house there were couple security men just looking out. As we went inside we saw a lot of empty bottles on the floor. Couples making out on the kitchen counter.

Okay now thats so gross. Sierra said as we spotted a couple having intense make out on the stairs.

This is supposed to be a party for crying out loud. Sally said already sounding frustrated.

Not just any party boo boo, "high school party.

There were a lot of people from our school tho. So many familiar faces. There was a big open space in the living room that was filled up with people dancing.

A boy from our english class approached us and took Sierra away. Looks like they were good friends.

I guess it's just me and you Taeya.

And just as she said that Rayshawn appeared.

Wow Taeya you look so beautiful. I thought you weren't going to make it. He said as he hugged me and then looked to Sally's direction. Hey Sally. Make yourself comfortable. We have food, vodka, soda. Whatever you want.
