Brandon's POV
I'm walking inside the hotel upset that I didn't get to see my best friend lani in New York, I sit down until my mom comes back with the room keys. I hear laughter and I turn around to see a group of people probably around my age, although one girl catches my eye.. She has curly brown hair just like lani... Her mom did say she is on a road trip. I decide to yell her name just to see if it's her.
"Lani!" I yell
She looks and and gives me a confused look until she recognized me.
" Brandon! Omg what are you doing here?" She says giving me a hug
Damn I've missed her hugs
" I'm down here visiting family! I moved back to New York and your mom said you went on a trip! Ugh it's so good to see you lani" I say hugging her tight
She turns around and introduces me to her friends, they seem nice, she tells her friends that she's going to hang out with me to catch up and my heart starts beating faster.
I have a huge crush on lani.. I've always did! I was going to make her my girlfriend back in middle school until my parents decided to move us to Miami, When they told me that we were moving back to New York I was so happy! I couldn't wait to see my baby lani again and officially make her mine.
" I missed you a lot lani" I say squeezing her hand
" I've missed you too! Science class just wasn't the same without you" she says laughing
" I've seen you haven't changed! Still beautiful" I say looking down at her
She blushes and looks away
" I've seen your haven't changed either.. Still a flirt" she says smirking at me
Lord what is this girl doing to me
" Lani I gotta get something off my chest... I like you, no I love you! I love everything about you from your eyes to hair to the way you bite your lip when your nervous to the way you sometimes talk in your sleep. When I moved from New York I was devastated! I wanted to make you mine so badly... Lani what I'm trying to say is will you be my girlfriend?" I say looking in her eyes
" that's the sweetest thing someone has ever said to me.. I like you too Brandon, yes I will be your girlfriend" she says before kissing me
I hug her and spin her around.. I finally got my baby
