the weekend soon came and jimin had dragged yoongi down to the train station, not telling him where they were going. the sky was blue, the air was crisp and the sun was shining gloriously. jimin wouldn't let yoongi bring his notebook because he would end up losing it on the date and he'd just have to type on his phone.
once the two were inside the station they sat on a near by bench waiting for the train to come. the station was dimly lit and wasn't that busy, only a few old people were around and the odd couple.
"oh i forgot to tell you we're going to a amusement park" jimin smiled turning to yoongi pulling out two blue coloured tickets from his small leather backpack.
yoongi typed.
'ive never been to one ):'
"don't worry ill make sure we have fun" jimin beamed reassuring yoongi.

the train ride was long and yoongi had fallen asleep on jimins shoulder, when the older was sleeping the younger took a few pictures of yoongi in his sleeping state so he could tease him later. they then walked the rest of the way to the front gate. the boys handed their tickets and made their way in. yoongi picked up a map and began looking at all the rides and food places.
"we don't need a map come on!" jimin squealed excitedly dragging yoongi to the first ride he saw.
jimin ran into a pink teacup and sat down while yoongi looked at him as if the younger was being serious. the red head patted the other side of the pink tea cup and yoongi hesitatingly got in and sat down folding his arms. the two were the only adults on the tea cup ride the rest were small children but that didn't bother jimin who began to spin the wheel in the middle of the cup.
while jimin was squealing and having a good time, yoongi sat pouting with crossed arms, he wanted something more extreme.
"wasn't that fun" jimin exclaimed walking off the short ride with yoongi.
yoongi shook his head still pouting. he then pointed at a tall roller coaster that had around 7 loops in it. jimin stomach churned and his knees went weak. the older saw that jimin was scared and smirked, he glared at him as if to say are you scared.
"im not scared" jimin whined closing his eyes and scrunching his fists up into balls like a child.
the older took hold of jimins hand and pulled him to the line of the roller coaster, the line went down quick and the two sat in a carriage near the front. the ride then began to go upward and jimin gulped while yoongi sat back wanting to ride to start. without warning the roller coaster dropped and began to sprint round the tracks going round each loop. yoongi had his arms up smiling while jimin was clutching onto yoongi to scared to keep his eyes open.
when the ride came the a halt yoongi got out and ran to a store selling random item and jimin tumbled out of the cart and followed the older. when he got closer he saw yoongi put on a pair of black bear ears smiling.
"you look cute" jimin said adjusting them so they were central on the olders head.
yoongi picked up a pair of white cat ears and placed them on jimins red hair. he then pulled out his phone and let jimin read it.
'we're both cute now (づ￣ ³￣)づ'
both of the boys giggled and paid for their ears and left the store smiling, jimin then pulled the older into a empty photo booth. yoongi pulled the curtain shut whilst jimin put in some money so the machine would start. the two changed poses for each photo with their animal ears on. once they were done they looked at the images and printed two copies out.
"ill save them for us" jimin said putting the printed pieces of card into his backpack making sure they wouldn't crease.

its was beginning to go dark and the boys had been on nearly everything in the amusement park, they were both sharing a big stick of candy floss which had various flavours on it. yoongi took small nibbles while jimin held the stick and pulled pieces off and shoved them in his mouth.
"look there a show" jimin smiled pointing at the sign saying 'firework display at the centre of the park'. "lets go!" jimin added dropping their almost finished candy floss, pulling yoongi by the hand to the centre of the place so they could have a good view of the show.
soon the crowd of people went quiet as fireworks began to dance in the night sky, everyone's faces reflect the vivid colours; pink and red, pink and red, pink and red. jimin watched in awe as the colours exploded into cracking twinkles. however yoongi just stared at the younger, watching his eyes light up with excitement.
"yoongi?" jimin asked noticing the older was staring at him.
everything seemed to have stopped around the two, they were lost in each others eyes just looking at each other. jimin came closer to the older and moved a strand of mint hair from his face, slowly their faces began to get closer. jimin placed his plump lips on yoongis small ones; they seemed to fit perfectly with each others, the kiss was soft and gently. yoongi could feel his heart flutter uncontrollably. jimin placed his arms around yoongi, holding him as if he was fragile.
jimin was the first to pull away, his lips slowly smiling warmly. yoongi just stood looking at the ground he was overwhelmed. pink quickly crept onto his pale skin as he played with his sweater sleeves nervously.
"i really like you yoongi" jimin mumbled leaning his face onto yoongis shoulder and went back to watching the fireworks glistening above them. yoongi just stood still looking at the ground trying to control his heartbeat.
