*warning, sexy time ahead*
Marinette opened up her heavy eyelids. The last thing she remembered was that akuma fight, and then she realized that she was in her room. How did she get there. She sat up and saw a note at the foot of her bed. Carefully, she picked it up and read.
Hi Marinette or Ladybug, whoever finds this first I guess. I'm sorry that I had to leave you here Ladybug and I'm sorry Marinette if I ruined anything for you. I had no where to take Ladybug and I assumed you two kind of knew each other due to the fact that Ladybig asked me to protect you that one time Marinette. Sorry if your identity was revealed to Marinette and don't worry, I didn't see who you really were either.
-Chat Noir
Marinette sighed and put the note down. It was kind of convenient that Chat Noir thought of bringing her here. It saved her the stress of waking up somewhere strange and unfamiliar. It was kind of Chat to reassure her that he still does not know her real identity and that he apologized for her situation. Marinette tried to get up and see where Tikki had gone but as soon as she did, she was hit with a wave of nausea and her head started to pound. She sat back down on the bed and rubbed her aching head.
"Tikki?" She said, trying not to yell too loud.
There was a small flash of red as Tikki flew towards Marinette.
"Marinette! I'm so glad you're finally awake! Sorry I wasn't here when you woke up, I was eating those cookies you keep stashed underneath your extra fabrics." Tikki said.
Marinette told her that it was ok and that she was glad to see that Tikki was well.
"You should lie down Marinette. You took quite the beating today." Said Tikki.
Marinette crawled under the covers and settled in. Tikki and Marinette talked for a while before they both fell asleep for a couple hours.
Adrien was pacing. He was worried about his lady. He so badly wished he could've stayed to take care of her, but both of their transformations were wearing off. He chewed at his nails and thought about Marinette, if those two weren't the same person and she came to find Ladybug or some other random girl laying in her bed, how would she feel?
"Calm down Adrien, you did the best you could." Said Plagg before stuffing his mouth full of cheese.
"You really think? Oh, I hope her injuries heal soon. She took quite a number of awful hits and I'm just so worried." Said Adrien.
He sat down at his computer and went to open the Ladyblog. He remembered seeing Alya film the fight from that phone booth and he was seeing if it was uploaded yet. As the blog opened, Adrien but his lip and tapped his right foot nervously. Once the page was up, he saw right on the home page the video of the fight. She got it up on the blog pretty quickly this time around and there was tons of comments and speculations already. People were discussing Chat Noirs devastation over Ladybug being passed out, they talked about how strong this akuma seemed and how she shared a name with some apartment buildings being built nearby. Adrien chuckled at that, it was clear that her namesake was due to her botanical abilities and flowery outfit but one could wonder if she was named after those apartments. He was a little hesitant to play the video, but he got over it and played it. It was almost too unbearable to watch. Watching his lady get thrown around again was torture. He turned off the video and ran his hands through his blond hair. Oh, how he worried about her.
The next day, Adrien noticed Marinette never came. While she was usually late, today she just didn't show. It made Adrien more firmly believe she was Ladybug, after all, Ladybugs injuries, if they were enough, could cause her to stay home. The whole day he was anxious and Nino and Alya had noticed. They questioned him heavily on what was wrong but he just made up some excuse involving his father. Once the day was over, he couldn't be more happy.
Later that night, Chat Noir knew exactly where he was heading. He sprinted across the rooftops straight towards Marinette house. He knocked on the trap door and eagerly waited to see if she would open it.
Marinette sighed. She knew exactly who it was. While she felt better that morning, she didn't want to go to school so she lied about being sick and stayed in bed all day. She opened up the trap door and saw Chat Noir crouched in front of it.
"Princess!" He said excitedly.
This surprised Marinette. He seemed so happy to see her.
"Is there something you need Chat?"
"May I come in?"
Marinette nodded. He went into her room and sat beside her on the bed.
"How are you feeling?" He asked.
"I'm good."
"I heard you weren't in school." He said.
Marinettes eyes widened. How could he possibly know that.
"How did you know that?" She asked.
"I have my ways. But are you ok?"
"Yeah. I didn't really feel like going so I just told my parents I was sick and stayed home for the day."
Adriens heart shattered. She didn't want to go so she lied? He started becoming deeply concerned about her and gave her a look of sympathy.
"Is there something you were avoiding?" He asked with curiously and sadness tingeing his voice.
She gazed at him with her heavenly eyes. He bit his lip and his heart fractured when her eyes watered. Tears spilled over her pale skin and her eyes turned red like the sunset.
"I don't know why I'm crying right now. I guess I'm a little stressed and a little anxious. I'm not sure why. I mean, I have great friends and all, it's just things haven't been right with me lately." She struggled for air.
Chat felt pain. He didn't really understand either. She seemed so happy and full of light. When he thought of the two of them he saw himself as the broken one, now he saw that they may just be two very broken people. He suppressed tears as he embraced her.
"Oh Marinette, it's ok to be feeling like that. It's ok to need to take a break. Just remember to never lose yourself to these bad emotions. Cause I couldn't bare losing you." He whispered to her.
She looked into his glowing eyes. She found comfort in his gaze. She found comfort in the way he was holding her now, even when her cries were raining out, he still held her and looked at her with affection. She wrapped her arms and kissed him softly. He kissed her back softly at first but then it melted into something more passionate. He held her close and she ran her hand through his hair. She laughed as he moved his hand and accidentally touched her bra under her shirt and he let out a small cry of surprise. Of course he didn't mean to touch it, and that's why he was surprised. She pulled away and laughed and smiled at him. She'd stopped crying and he smiled back before pulling her onto the bed. They fell side by side and continued to kiss passionately. She bit slightly at his lip and played with a lock of his hair. He slid his hand under her shirt slightly and she fought the urge to gasp at the feeling of his leather suit on her skin. She grinned when he once again let out a surprised cry when his fingers accidentally touched her bra again.
"You seem a little nervous kitty-cat." She teased.
He mumbled something under his breath and she laughed and rolled on top of him. She straddled him and bent down to kiss the corner of his mouth.
"C'mon princess, that's not fair." He said.
He sat up with Marinette still straddling him, and now she was sitting in his lap. They kissed fiercely. So much so that when Chats Miraculous beeped, they didn't notice.
