Chapter 7

Emilia's POV

We did what Ricky asked, for us to do the You now, and answer questions that people asked us. I feel bad the way I talked to him Earlier. No Emilia you cannot let him in. We're three hours away from New York. Right now, I'm in the bathroom blow drying my hair. The Concert is tonight but we're practicing before the show.

I walk into the small living area in the bus, Erick and Yoandri are fooling around, but as soon as I walk in, Erick's whole mood changes. His green eyes no longer felt vibrant, his jaw was all clenched, and he kept quiet. Yoandri gets up and twirls me around.

"My best friend!" As he squeezes me tighter.

"Yoyo stop." I laughed, He puts me down, and Erick is still staring at me.

"Can you stop?" I complained " I get it your sad, when we get off our next stop you can be with your boys." I rolled my eyes

"Don't you have a heart?" He scoffed "Oh wait, I'm sorry that Emilia doesn't exist anymore." He got up, and heads towards Yoandri's room and slams the door. I start to feel bad, I knock on Yoandri's door, and he opens it, and walks back to the bed. I haven't seen his face yet. I lay down next to him in the bed, and I look at him.

His eyes were red and puffy, and he had tear stains all over his face, but he didn't burst out crying, It was like a quiet sob.

"Erick." I mumbled. I look at him, and he says nothing, I grab his head and I let his head rest on me. I needed to explain the way I'm acting. He needs an explanation, I can't let him blame himself, endlessly.

"It's not you." I sighed. "It's me, You hurt me and I know it's been years, and you've had all your girlfriends that you loved but you just left me as if I was nothing. I need to protect myself, I don't want to fall again."

He says nothing, but he listened to me carefully, he was processing every word I told him, and letting it sink into his skin

"I know you might hate me but that's fine. I can live with that." I said. Please just hate me Erick, You would make this all so easy.

I always felt like If I made people hate me, it would be easier for me to walk out of their life or for them to walk out of my life.

He looks up at me, giving me a confused look "No Emilia, I can't hate you." He shakes his head.

"Why not?" I asked

"Because you're Emilia Marie Castrillio." He says while he says my full name, the way he says it in spanish gave me chills.

and we just lay there, for what seemed like endless hours until the bus stopped at Golden corral where we were going to have lunch.

I love golden Corral, everything about it makes me so happy, I don't know why. The one we had in New Jersey sucked ass but when I moved to Florida, it was the best thing ever. They had a separate room for all of us to sit. I sit in between Erick and Yoandri, they all eat up everything that they can, and I find myself struggling on my second plate.

"Damn girl what you eat?" Richard jokes as he's on his 4th plate, I give him a playful wink and he starts laughing. I pull my food aside, and I decide it's time for dessert. Thats something I could eat everyday.

I have a bowl of Ice cream, and a plate of chocolate candy, and I'm about to get cotton candy, then I feel someone tap on my shoulder, my first reaction; Scream but don't drop my food.

"Erick don't scare me like that!" I giggled

"You barely eat, no wonder why you weigh 100 pounds!" he said picking up my arm trying to show how little meat I have in my arms

"I'm eating chocolate." I said as I popped one in my mouth "Plus you shouldn't be talking." I protested, remembering when we were younger and how he felt like a twig.

"You should eat real food. You know you're a choreographer shouldn't you be eating healthy and le--" He's getting too much, he's starting to sound like a dad or something, I get up on my tippy toes, and I kiss him.

"Shut up your annoying." I rolled my eyes and walked away, I sit back at the table

"Cutest couple of 2019." Zabdiel says as he shows me the picture he took of us

"Only in Erick's two nights ago wildest dream." I laughed

This was just a filler chapter, theres some juicy stuff happening the next couple so enjoy ((: . P.S AHHH WE GOT OVER 100 reads in less than a week. I love you guys so much! p.s I'm debating on changing my cover maybe i'll do it after I post this or later on this week. Hope you have a nice rest of the weekend (Even though its 11:40) . Oh yeah and I also wanted to say that I'm trying to finish this book in like before may or maybe april. I'm not sure yet.
