"Yeah, that's what I thought." Her voice cracked, she started to grab her duffle bag, as she was ready to leave the hotel room, I stop her in front of the door.
"Why should we keep on trying?" Her voice was still shaking, as tears fell right into her cheek and I saw her eyes getting redder by the minute.
"Because I love you!" I exclaimed, She tries to reach for the doorknob but I hold her hands.
"Really it doesn't seem like it." She exhales, as she tries to calm herself down. "Why did you cheat?" Her voice was steady, and determined.
"I didn't cheat." I sighed, Did I? yeah I did, but not really. What the fuck am I saying, I'm just making this hole deeper than it already is. I'm just adding more fuel to the flame.

The room is quiet, as the tension raises, I feel myself breathing hard. I see us through a mirror, facing each other, but what have we become? How can we love if we don't have trust? I had two options right here, I could lie through the grids of my teeth, and continue on telling her that she's crazy which won't make her feel any better. Or I can come clean, and then she can decide that she can leave me or we can move through this, it's a lose lose situation, but I rather be honest than lie to her.

"Answer me!" She yelled, as her small body let out the loudest shout ever.
"WHY WOULD I CHEAT ON YOU?" I yelled into her face, I'm so disgusted of what we've both became tonight, why did we let this happen.
"WHO'S ADRIANNA?" Our voices made it feel like our hotel was shaking and the world was cracking beneath us
"I don't know" I sighed, I put my hands through my hair, I need to hold this back, and I don't know how long I can hold this out for.
"How am I suppose to trust you?" She asked, as some of her wanted to believe me, but she knew that she wasn't raised as a fool
"Because I love you Emilia, I only love you. You're the only one for me. Isn't that enough?"
"No, it's not." Her voice is less than a murmur but audible enough for me to hear
"What can I do to prove you wrong?" I sink to her level.

She slowly unlocks the phone, as she looks at me through the corner of her eyes and then she goes into my contacts, in my luck. Adrianna meant nothing to me, she was a temporary filling for the hole in my heart.
She soon goes into my contacts as she starts reading off all my contacts
"Alan, Alejandro, Alex, Aaron Hmm! And what is this Adrianna!" She arches an eyebrow, I feel her gulp down, as she sighs, She presses the button, and then the phone starts ringing.

"I knew you were gonna come back they always do.." Adrianna voice filled the air, as Emilia's eyes are filled with mortified. The whole world stops, and maybe a little piece of me was wishing that Adrianna didn't answer
"Who's this?" Emilia's shaky voice asked
"..." The other line is dead silence
Emilia looks at me, as our eyes burn into each other, and she slowly hangs up the phone, and drops it on the floor, and everything right now feels slow motion
"Yes, I did cheat." I said quietly under my voice. I slowly release my grip from her wrist, as it looks like Emilia slowly dies.
"Oh god." She began to sob hysterically, as she laid there on the floor, incomplete what to do. My body shatters into a million pieces, as I don't know what to do. I caused this, all this damage, I did this to her. She deserves better than this
