"So, how'd you get that bruise?" Sohinki asks in the car. Joven is driving and Lasercorn is in the passanger's seat making jokes about how Joven is going to kill us all. Sohinki and I are sitting in the back.
"Oh it's actually kind of a funny story. My room mate, Louise, was mad at me for leaving Michigan for this internship and she was drunk when she came home. She was making a peanut butter sandwich and she got mad at me again and threw the peanut butter jar at me. And me being blind as a bat and having poor reflexes it hit me in the face," I laugh. The boys laugh at the story.
We pull into a parking garage, then walk into a large building. I look around the lobby and see a few couches then, a large front desk next to the elevator.
"Hey, boys," an older woman says with a warm smile. "Who's this?"
"Oh, Smosh Games's new intern," Joven says. She nods. We walk by and get onto the elevator.

"So, this is the recording room," Sohinki says opening the door. We walk inside. Lasercorn and Joven are sitting at their computers. There's a girl with red hair, wearing an Attack On Titan t-shirt sitting by Lasercorn. A man with long, light brown hair sits at his desk right next to the door, he's too focused on what he's doing to notice me or Sohinki.
Sohinki clears his throat and everyone looks up at him.
"Guys, this is Ella, our new intern," Sohinki introduces.
"Hi!" the man exclaims standing up. He puts his hand out. "I'm Wes."
"Nice to meet you," I say quietly in a polite tone.
"You too," He replies sweetly. The girl stands up and walks over to me. Mari? I think that's her name. I've never actually watched any Smosh Games videos.
"Hey, I'm Mari," she says coolly. She sticks out her hand. I shake it.
"Ella," I reply nodding at her once with an awkward smile.
"Hey, where's Flitz?" Sohinki asks.
"I think he's in Ella's office setting up her computer for her," Joven replies.
"Oh, he didn't have to do that," I say.
"Well, let's go find him," Sohinki says. We walk into an office that has a plaque on the door that says 'Ella Mitchell, Intern'. We walk inside and I see a tall man standing over a computer. He's wearing a cool, green Ghostbusters hat.
"Oh, hey guys," he says once he notices us.
"Hey, Flitz, this is Ella," Sohinki says. I wave shyly at him.
"Hey," he says.
"Hi," I reply shyly.
"Well, uh, I was just getting finished setting up your computer for you. I should get going back to the recording room, I've got a Maricraft to record," he says.
"Thank you," I say as he walks out the door. He turns and smiles at me, then continues out the door. I sit down at the desk. I press the on button on the computer. It doesn't turn on.
"Hmm," I muse.
"Oh, uh, let me-"
"No. No. I've got it," I insist getting under the desk and looking at all the wires. I plug in a few things and mess with the wires. I get back up and press the button again. The computer turns on.
"Wow," Sohinki says.
"What?"I ask turning to him.
"You fixed it in like a minute," he says. I nod.
"I've been messing with computers since I was in high school, maybe even before then," I say proudly. He chuckles.
"Well, uh, I'll leave you to get settled," he says.
"Alright," I say waving. He walks out and I'm alone with my computer to set up.

There's a knock on the door a little later.
"Come on in," I say, not turning away from my monitor.
"Some of us are going out to lunch, I was wondering it you wanted to come," Lasercorn says from the doorway. I finally turn from the computer.
"Oh, sure, sounds good," I say. I grab my purse from my desk and drape it across my chest and to my hip. Lasercorn and I walk down to the lobby and to the parking garage. Joven decides to drive. Bad idea, but we let him anyway. Sohinki rides shotgun and I'm in the back squished between Wes and Lasercorn.
"Comfortable?" Sohinki asks, filming me. I stick my tongue out at him. He chuckles.
We get into Subway and order our food. We sit down at a table, me squished between Lasercorn and Joven this time.
"So, Ella?" Wes says trying to start a conversation. I look up at him.
"Hmm?" I "ask" with my mouth full.
"Why'd you decide to get an internship at Smosh Games?" he asks taking a bite of his sandwich. I swallow my food.
"I dunno. I guess something just drew me here. I mean, I'm was planning on going to college in L.A. anyway, so why not get an internship here too to get practice for my film classes," I say. "But I'm not sure what drew me here. I've never even seen any of your videos."
"Fate, maybe?" Lasercorn mumbles to himself, but I hear him clearly.
"What?" I ask.
"Uh, nothing. I was just... Uh... Its nothing," he stumbles on his words. I giggle.
"Cat got your tongue?" I ask still giggling about his loss for words.
"More like you do," Sohinki mumbles taking a bite of his sandwich.
