"So, Ella, seeing as you don't have a T.V. you want to come play some video games at out apartment?" Lasercorn asks. I sit down on my bed, with the frame that's now built thanks to Lasercorn and Sohinki.
"Uh, yeah, sounds like fun," I say. "What games did you have in mind?"
"How about some Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3?" He asks.
"You have it?!" I ask loudly standing up. Lasercorn chuckles and nods. "I've been dying to play it, but I haven't had the time or money to get it."
"Well, let's go," Lasercorn says motioning toward the door. I walk out before him. Sohinki stands up from the couch in the living room.
"Where are you to going?" he asks.
"To play Black Ops 3!" I exclaim excitedly.
"I want to play," he whines.
"Well, com'on then. It is your apartment after all," I say. He chuckles and nods.

"Ugh, I went down again!" I exclaim loudly, throwing the controller down on the couch as I stand up. Zombies surround my character as they run for Lasercorn and Sohinki.
"Where ya going?" Sohinki asks.
"I should be getting back to my apartment we have work tomorrow," I say.
"Aww, do you have to go? We were just getting to the harder rounds of zombies," Lasercorn says. I nod.
"I'd love to stay, but I'm a royal bitch when I'm tired," I chuckle walking toward the door.
"We'll see you at work tomorrow," Lasercorn says as I open the door.
Bye, guys," I say walking out into the hall and shutting the door behind me.
I smile to myself as I get into my apartment. I lean against the door and slide down it. David doesn't remember me, but maybe we can be best friends again sometime while I'm here.

Beep. Beep. Beep. I slam my hand against my alarm clock. I roll over and look at it. 7:00.
"It's way too early," I groan to myself, but get up anyway. I get dressed in a black t-shirt with old pixel Mario on it. I put my black skinny jeans on with my black and white converse that have red laces on the left shoe and blue laces on the right. I clean my glasses and slip them on my face. I'm way too tired to put my contacts in.
I walk into the kitchen and brew a pot of coffee. I pour some into my plain blue coffee cup.
"Hey, Ella!" someone says loudly, knocking on my door. I set my cup down on the counter and walk over to the door. I open it and Lasercorn is standing there with a goofy grin on his face.
"What?" I ask curiously.
"Well, uh, Sohinki and I know you don't have a car yet."
"And?" I ask.
"We thought we'd invite you to ride with us to work, unless you want to walk," he says.
"Oh, yeah sure, just let me grab my stuff," I say walking toward my room. "You can come in if you like."
I grab my laptop that's already neatly put into its case. I carry it into the entryway and set it next to the door. I walk into the kitchen and see Lasercorn grabbing himself a cup of coffee.
"Making yourself at home, I see," I giggle. He laughs.
"Yeah. Kinda," he retorts. I just smile and grab a travel coffee mug from the cabinet and pour some coffee into it.
"Black coffee?" he asks.
"Yeah. I like it that way," I say.
"Huh," he says as if he's realized something. I just shrug it off and walk back to the entryway, grabbing my laptop.
"You coming?"I ask teasingly.
"Yeah," he calls walking into the entryway. He opens the door for me. I walk through and he closes the door behind us.

"What took you guys so long? You making out?" Sohinki teases.
"No, dude," Lasercorn says punching his shoulder from the backseat.
"Ow," Sohinki whines.
"Toughen up, buttercup," I say. Sohinki glares at me playfully. I laugh.

"L-Corn!" Wes yells from down the hall once we exit the elevator.
"What?" he asks.
"Come look at this!"
Lasercorn turns to Sohinki and I and shrugs. He takes off down the hall anyway.
"I wonder what Wes wanted," I say.
"I'll find out for you. You wouldn't want to be late to your desk," Sohinki says half jokingly, half serious. I nod and part ways with him going to my office.
There's a hard drive sitting on my desk when I get there with a post-it note on it. Edit me please. -Mari :)
I plug it into my computer and start watching all of the recording. By the end, I'm laughing so hard tears form in my eyes.
"Whatcha laughing at?" Lasercorn asks from the doorway.
"Your... shenanigans in... GTA," I say through laughs. Lasercorn walks over and looks at the video.
"Oh yeah. This is the one where I blew up all the cars, killing everyone and they all came after me, but I killed them all," He says with a slight chuckle.
"Yeah. Now I have to actually edit it," I say calming down from my laughing fit.
"You haven't even started editing?"
"No. I watch all of the footage before I edit, so I know what I'm editing. Well, at least when it's not my videos. For my videos I immediately start editing so I don't have to watch the whole thing again," I say. He nods and goes to walk out. "Wait."
He turns to me. "What?"
"Do you remember me?" I ask. "You know, from high school?"
"Yes."
