Reunion

Hannah POV

The days have gone by slowly. Now with Riff here, it has gone by quicker. Riff has helped me get supplies out in the nearby town since no one will really recognize him, and I can keep people away from us using my telepathy. I hate using my telepathy on my people, but I need to stay under cover.

As I am making dinner with Flamara, I look around the huge kitchen and living room. Glimmer and Jack are on the couch watching the news and Riff is talking to Khaleesi about tactical stuff. We've come up with a plan, but there are some details that we haven't worked out. It's been nice seeing everyone getting along.

After dinner, Riff projects the map of the elements on the port screen in the living room.

"Queen Stella has control over the Flamers, Natures, and Freezers. Her next target will probably be the Aquarians, but it will be pretty impossible for her to get both the Aquarians and Crystallizers, as they are strongly against alliances right now." Riff explains. "So, our next course of action should be getting the Crystallizers on our side, my parents will not help us."

"And how do we get them on our side?" Flamara asks.

"This is where Khaleesi comes into play. Once they have their daughter back, the king and queen will be ready to find the murderer, which evidence points to Kato." Riff says.

"And they are going to help us why?" Jack asks.

"Once we prove Khaleesi is their daughter, she can convince them to help us and they will be more willing to help us because we found their daughter." Riff says.

"Then what?" Khaleesi asks.

"We take down Stella, with or without the crystallizers." Riff says.

"The six of us are going to take down Stella and her whole army and Jane and whomever else she has on her side?" Flamara asks, not convinced.

"Well it's not a complete plan, but it's better than anything we've had in the past." I say.

"That's true." Flamara says. We pitch in more ideas and formalize the plan. We then enjoy a movie together to celebrate the long days of planning we just had. I look over to Jack and Glimmer. Glimmer is snug under a blanket, fast asleep on Jacks chest.

How is she? I ask Jack telepathically. I remember him saying Glimmers headaches are coming back.

Better, she said they are not as bad as the first time. The medicine is definitely helping. He said.

What do you think is causing them?

I don't know, but do you think they are linked to someone, or something? I was thinking, the headaches started when she went to the crystallizer palace, and she fainted right after Kato's visit, what if they are-

Linked to Kato, like he is causing her headaches? Is that possible?

I think there is more to Kato than we know.

I agree. I say. I turn back to the movie and think about what my brother said about Kato.

Breakfast is quite the next morning. Today is the day we are going to the crystallizer palace and presenting Khaleesi. Everyone gets dressed in new clothes I had made. Each outfit is designed for the specific element, and is battle ready, incase we run into trouble.

I am putting on my boots in the kitchen when Riff walks in.

"You look great." He says and smiles. I smile back.

"I'm pretty proud with how the outfits turned out." I say. Glimmer, Khaleesi, and Flamara walk in. Glimmers hair is in two braids, Flamara's is in a bun, and Khaleesi's is in a ponytail like mine. Jack comes in behind them.

"Everyone ready?" Jack asks.

"Ready as I'll ever be." Khaleesi says. She is the most nervous out of everyone, but is a different nervous. I can feel her stress about seeing her parents, and I smile at her reassuringly. She nervously smiles back.

Jack opens a large portal and we all step through. As soon as we step through, we are greeted by Kato, The King, and the Queen of the Crystallizers in their throne room.

"Excuse me, who do you THINK you ARE." The King yells at us. Whoops, maybe we should have chosen a different room to enter.

"King Jacine, Queen Celestine, I apologize for intruding you like this, but I have someone I would like to introduce you to." Flamara says and bows to the King and Queen. We all bow after her.

"What are you doing here Flamara?" Kato asks, his face turning white. He probably saw Khaleesi.

"Let her speak, son." The King says.

"I know you will call me a fool, but I believe I found your daughter." Flamara says.

"BULLSHIT" Kato yells.

"Excuse me!" The queen yells. I don't know if she yelled it at Flamara or Kato, I wouldn't be surprised either way.

"I am Khaleesi, but my name used to be Kira. I have lived in your prison for 12 years, I counted them all. I have no memory, except that he would come down and visit me every once and a while. I have this tatto on my right arm, it is an emerald stone, symbolizing the year I was born. I know he has the same tattoo. " Khaleesi says, pulling up her sleeve and revealing her tattoo. The King and Queen are silent and walk down to Khaleesi. They look at her tattoo, look at her face, her eyes. The Queen gasps.

"Those, those are your eyes." The queen whispers to the King. He has the exact same eyes as Khaleesi.

"Where did you find her?" The King asks Flamara.

"I found her, your majesty." Glimmer says. The king and Queen walk over to Glimmer and examine her.

"Where did you find her?" He asks.

"I found her in the prison, on the night of the festival. She called out to me, telepathically." Glimmer explains.

"Very well." the KIng says and goes back to his throne. The queen continues to look at Glimmer. I can read that the Queen recognises her, or something about her. The Queen goes back to her throne. "You said that he would visit you?" The king pointed to Kato. Kato is as white as a snow blanket.

"Yes, he did." Khaleesi says, calmly.

"She's obviously crazy, Kira died of a fire when we were seven! Don't you remember, there was no body, why won't you-" Kato starts.

"I REMEMBER THE DEATH OF MY DAUGHTER!" The King says. "Guards, bring a medic, I want to do a DNA test, now." A guard leaves; yes, there is hope!

Suddenly there is a loud thud on the floor.

"Glimmer!" My brother yells. Glimmer is out cold on the floor.

"What happened to her?" The Queen asks and runs over to Glimmer.

"I think she had another headache." Jack says. The Queen feels Glimmers head.

"She is hot." The Queen says. Jack presses his hands against her face, attempting to cool her off. "I am going to get a medic." she says and leaves the room.

I look over at Kato, he is smiling.

"Why are you so smug." Riff says, noticing Kato.

"Nothing, nothing." He says.

Then there is a big explosion. I fall onto Riff and we crash onto the floor. A loud, evil laugh booms through the walls of the palace.

"Looks like I've found you" Queen Stella says, and floats down to the center of the ball room.

This day couldn't get worse.
