Glimmer POV

I open my eyes and I'm blinded by lights. I groan as I try to sit up, but there's a sharp pain in my stomach.

"Hey, be careful." I hear someone say. I look over and see Jack. He looks tired.

"What happened?" I ask and sit back down.

"You saved Hannah." He says and moves his chair next to my bed. "You probably saved everyone. Kato was wounded pretty bad and they were able to move him back to the crystallizer prison. Although Celestine wants to move him somewhere else."

"What are they going to do with him?" I ask.

"The trial for the three and their other helpers is next week. They want you to come, if you can."

"Who wants me to come?"

"The Kings and Queens, you were a big part of the victory and they want to know your opinion, but if you don't feel well then you don't have to go. But it's next week so don't worry." Jack says. He's holding my hand. His hand is covered in bandages, Stella must've given quite the fight.

"How are you?" I ask.

"Better now that you're awake." He says and smiles at me.

"How long was I out?"

"About 5 days." He tells me. We sit in silence. "Remember when you said you wanted to find your parents?" He asks me.

"Yeah. I need to tell you something about that." I say. He looks up at me. "When Kato cornered me in a room, he touched my arm, and this appeared." I move my arm and show him the tattoo of the amethyst. "He said it is the stone from 17 years ago. But I thought only Royals had this tattoo."

"Before I came to your room, I talked to Celestine. She did a DNA test of you and Khaleesi, and the results came back positive." Jack tells me.

"What does that mean?" I ask him.

"Glimmer, you are the daughter of Celestine, but not of King Jacine. She hid her pregnancy and brought you to earth to protect you if he ever found out. Glimmer, you're a princess!" Jack says excitedly.

"Celestine is my mom?" I ask. This is great news!

"Yes! She said she will explain everything when you feel better, and I forgot a lot of the details. But since you asked, I wanted to let you know." Jack says. He looks so happy.

"I found my family. Even if it is a little messed up." I say. We laugh, but that hurts my stomach. "I guess then I'm only half related to Kato then."

"Yeah, but you don't have to worry about him, he will be taken care of." Jack says.

"Yeah." I say. A nurse come in and turns on the Port Screen in my tiny medical room. Jack stays with me until it is time for him to go home. Then I'm in my room alone. I fall asleep until I hear the door open. I abruptly sit up but my stomach hurts.

"Oh, did I scare you?" A woman asks. I sit back down in pain. The woman turns on the lights, it's Celestine.

"Oh, it's you. I don't know who I thought it was." I say.

"You've been through a lot recently. I understand." She says and sits in Jacks chair. I look at her eyes, they look like mine. "I wanted to tell you something, about me."

"Yes?" I say. She explains how the King was distant and how she hid her pregnancy, then hid me on earth. She said a day hasn't gone by thinking about me and regretting leaving me behind. She explains how she had Hannah come pick me up but it didn't exactly go the way she expected. But now she knows I'm alive and safe.

"I was wondering, do you want to stay here? At the Palace. I understand if you want to go back to earth because that I where your friends are but- "

"I would love to stay here." I say. She looks at me and smiles. "This has felt like home, even if it's been crazy, I feel like I am home." 

" I'm so glad to hear that. I will have a room set up for you. Khaleesi is back in her old room, but I won't make you take Kato's."

"That would be great." I say and smile. I finally have a home.
