Glimmer POV

Jack and I run back into the Palace after the sudden explosion.

"I thought this was supposed to be about peace! Why was there an attack?" I shout to jack as we run.

"It's more about celebrating the creation, not the celebration of the elements. Obviously someone else had other plans" Jack yells back.

"GLIMMER, JACK, WE'RE UNDER ATTACK. I DON'T KNOW WHO DID IT BUT DO NOT ENTER THE ROOM" I hear Hannah yell telepathically.  Jack stops running.

"What do we do?" he asks.

"HELP ME GLIMMER, I NEED YOU" I hear the voice yells again. I now know it's not Hannah.

"I need to go somewhere." I tell him and start running in the direction of the voice. I don't know how I can tell, but I know where it's coming from.

"Wait I'll come with you" Jack says and follows me. I run down hallways and stairs, feeling closer to the voice when we run into two guards.

"What do we do" Jack whispers, out of sight from the guards.

"Follow my lead" I say. I walk out and blast the two guards in the face, and Jack creates portals under their feet, allowing them to disappear.

"Well, they are now on the wrong level. what do you think they were guarding?" Jack asks. I walk up to the door and press my hand against it. My hand lights up and it opens. There is a girl inside the room, balled up in the corner.

"Who are you?" I ask.

"You are Glimmer, correct?" the girl asks, standing up.

"That depends, answer my question first."

"I, I am Khaleesi."

"Ok, cool, now that we have introduced each other, lets get out of here." Jack says.

"Who is he" Khaleesi asks, not moving.

"This is Jack, Prince of the freezers. He helped me get down here. Now we really need to go" I say. Khaleesi doesn't move and looks like she is thinking for a while.

"Ok, lets go" She finally says. we leave the room, but there is already guards coming down the stairs.

"Uh, Jack, can you get us out of here." I ask.  Jack creates a portal and we step through and land outside the castle. there are people running everywhere.

"Do you see Hannah, or any of the others?" Jack asks, anxiously looking for his sister and friends. I'm too short to really see compared to Jacks height, he is probably one or two heads taller than me. Then I hear a scream.

"Glimmer!" It's Mia, I run over to her.

"Oh my gosh Mia are you ok? What happened?" I ask, she looks more pale than usual. But then I see why, blood seeping through her dress, a crystal in her side. "MIA" I scream as she falls into my arms. I sit on the ground, brushing the hair out of her face. Jack comes to my side. I hear him whisper no.

"Finish the fight, I- I know you can... I need y-you to... WE need you to..." Mia says quietly.

"I will Mia, I promise" I tell her. Her eyes close, her breath fades. Flowers Bloom all around her, beautiful white, lilac, and blue flowers all around me. I look up at Jack, not knowing what to do next

"Glimmer, we have to go" Jack says. I look at him and nod. I lay Mia down and hug Jack tightly. He opens a portal and Jack, Khaleesi, and I step through.

"Glimmer you're covered in blood! Are you ok, what happened?" Flamara asks as we step through.

"Hey, Flamara, can you take care of Khaleesi, she needs new clothes and stuff" Jack asks. I can tell Khaleesi is unhappy she is going off with someone she doesn't know, but goes with Flamara anyway. Jack takes me to my room and sits me down on my bed. He takes off his jacket.

"This was such a beautiful dress" I laugh, not knowing what else to say.

"Glimmer" Jack says.

"yes" I whisper. I look down at my dress, not wanting to look at Jack.

"Look at me" I look into Jacks grey eyes. The eyes that usually are stone cold, lacking emotion. But now his eyes look concerned, are looking at me. "Glimmer, I don't know how to explain what happened, or what to say about what happened. But whatever you need to say or hear, just tell me."

"It's, it's just not fair" I let out. I start crying again and Jack wraps his arms around me, and I lean into his chest. He lets me stay in his arms and cry, not saying a word. Eventually, I pass out from exhaustion.
