I changed the character who plays Ali to Emilie Nereng. If you have no idea who that is, there's a picture of her on the side. :)

Chapter 12
I'm not one for rule-breaking, but tonight was an exception. I don't care what my parents said. It was Friday night, otherwise known as the night of Tucker's party and of course, I was planning on attending. Unfortunately, so was Robert.
I turned off my curling iron as I checked myself out in the mirror. My hair was in tight curls and I had on more makeup than usual. I had on a tight black dress and I hoped I looked right because I didn't really know how to dress for a house party.
I checked my phone for the time. 7:15. Alex should be here any second. I felt the knot in my stomach grow tighter as I became more nervous. I hadn't talked to Alex since he rejected my call. Therefore, I wasn't exactly looking forward to seeing him. Suddenly, my phone vibrated in my hand.
To: Ali
From: Alex
I'm outside. Hurry up.
I grabbed my jacket and hurried out of my room. I heard the familiar screams coming from my mother which I had gotten used to over the past few days. I scurried down the steps and towards the front door. It's not like they could hear me over their yelling anyways. I closed the front door behind me and jogged down the sidewalk and towards Alex's car.
I opened the passenger door, plopping down onto his leather seats. I slammed the door behind me and Alex immediately sped off away from my house. No going back now. I bit my lip.
"How did you manage to get out of the house?" Alex asked, keeping his full attention on the road.
"I just snuck out," I replied simply.
"Clever," Alex responded, snickering. Suddenly, Alex stopped the car. "We're here." I looked out the window and saw what appeared to be Tucker's house. You could feel the bass pumping through your body already and there were people entering the house in bundles. Alex opened his door and ran across to my side.
Alex opened my door a few seconds later and I stepped out. "Thanks," I smiled. We started walking towards the house, side by side.
"By the way, you look really pretty tonight," Alex said, smiling warmly at me. I felt myself blush. Why? I have no idea. Alex had called me pretty dozens of times before but it never had that effect on me. "Awh, did I make Ali blush?" He teased, leaning down and pinching my cheeks.
"Don't flatter yourself too much, AC," I snapped, pushing his shoulder. He grinned cockily before we reached the door. We entered and immediately, I could smell alcohol. Lovely.
I could barely walk through the crowd without pushing people forcefully. I followed Alex through the crowd, looking around at all the people here. I recognized some of them so I guess most of the people here were upperclassmen. "Hey!" I heard someone shout. I looked in front of me to see Robert and Payton slowly making their way towards us.
I smiled at them, taking my time checking out Robert. He was wearing a red shirt, black jeans, and red Jordan's. "Hey, gorgeous," Robert said, slithering his arms around my waist, pulling me closer to him. I giggled and nuzzled my head into his shoulder. "I saw you checking me out earlier," He whispered, chuckling.
"I did no such thing," I responded, trying to hide my burning cheeks. Robert chuckled lightly, tightening his grip on me. God, he smelled good. I titled my head and pecked his lips lightly.
I looked to my right and saw Tucker talking to some friends. He was wearing a white button down shirt, black skinny jeans, and Vans. Lord, help me.
"I'll be right back. I'm gonna go to the bathroom and look for something to drink," I lied. I just wanted an excuse to go talk to Tucker.
Robert nodded, "Take your time. I'm gonna just talk to Alex and Payton." I smiled before walking away, jostling through the crowd.
As I neared Tucker, I began to become more and more nervous. I finally reached him. "Hey, Tucker," I said, quietly. He turned his attention from his friends to me. Suddenly, his expression changed for the worse. He looked disgusted and hurt.
Finally, he spoke- well, more like yelled, "Why did you tell me you liked me when you were dating Robert!?" The music stopped. Everything stopped. And everyone- I mean everyone- was staring.
I gulped.
~Austin's POV~
Why did I even come here? I played with my fingers as I leaned against the kitchen counter, not really paying attention to the conversation my friend's were having in front of me.
"Austin, what's wrong with you?" My friend, Kyle, asked.
"Nothing," I mumbled. Yeah, that was the biggest understatement of the century.
"C'mon, bro. Have a drink," Cole offered, shoving the Red Solo Cup in my direction.
"Nah, not in the mood," I replied, pushing it away.
"You've been really off lately. What's wrong with you? You haven't gotten high or drunk in like two weeks," Kyle said. I shrugged.
"It's because that girl didn't wanna do the project with Austypoo anymore! Aw!" Cole gushed, sticking out his bottom lip out of sarcasm. I pushed his shoulder, allowing some of the liquid to fall out of his cup.
"Shut up!" I yelled, feeling my cheeks turn hot. God, I'm such a pussy.
"Aw! Look! Austin's blushing!" Hayden shouted, sticking his finger towards my red face. They all broke out into snickers.
"Dude, she screwed you up big time," Kyle chuckled, letting his arms connect across his chest.
"I don't even care about her. She was just some girl," I lied. She was more than just some girl. I thought I had started "liking" someone. Then she stopped working on the project with me and I heard that she started dating Robert. Trust me, I had never felt a greater pain in my life. After that, I stopped drinking and smoking. Why? Because I want to be good enough for her. I'm so pathetic.
I took a quick glance behind me as Tucker and his friends slipped behind the kitchen counter, re-filling their drinks. "So are you gonna ask her out?" Tucker's friend asked. Oh, well, I'm listening.
"I don't know. Probably," Tucker spoke, obviously smiling.
"Dude, get some. Ali is hot," His friend said. Ali? As in, my Ali? I turned around, probably catching them off guard.
"Are you guys talking about Alison Jones?" I asked. They both nodded slightly. "She's dating Robert Villanueva." By the looks in their faces, they were just as confused as I was.
"Are you sure?" Tucker asked. I could see the hurt in his eyes. As much as I hated it, I felt bad for him.
"Yeah," I responded. Tucker's expression soon changed to undeniable anger as he walked back into the other room soon followed by his friend without saying another word.
