Now I know one question may be: If Arkham Knight is bad, why's he have a blue lightsaber? And if Azrael is good, why's he have a red?
Well, technically speaking, the colors look better with the color scheme of their holders.
But as for a potential story, Jason may have been an Arkham Knight, then turned away (taking the role of Finn) and gains a lightsaber to fight off the corrupt Knights of St. Ren.
