JOHN CENA (don't know why the heck I put him in there...), CHRIS EVANS, SEBASTIAN STAN, SAMUEL L. JACKSON, NORMAN REEDUS (why, just why?...), and LIAM NEESON. I know these are simple. My main idea was inspired by some toy poses I saw where someone used an effect I could achieve with Procreate's "Perspective Blur" which gives the motion effect in these pics.
