"Hey did you ever find out where everyone was getting your number?" Sean, my second roommate, asks from the couch. I sigh, wrapping myself in my coziest blanket and dropping down next to him for our weekly treat yo self pamper.
"No. And they don't stop coming either. Swear I've been called a bitch more in the past week than anyone ever has in their entire life."
"That's so weird, and we're sure Haley didn't give it out again?" His freshly waxed brows pull together. "She swears it wasn't her," I shrug, checking the firmness of my facial mask.

TWENTY TACOS?!I break into a smile and let a small chuckle slip. Okay so maybe this wasn't stupid and maybe I did care. So what. Sue me.
It's just a guess, ya know..ball park ☺️
[Delivered 7:33 PM]"Is that mystery boy?" Sean sing-songs nudging me with his toe. "Maybe," I hum nonchalant. "Doesn't it freak you out a bit?" It's been a few days of these constant conversations now. Granted a lot of the messages have been pointless drunk ones on his end that only made sense half of the time.
"No? Why would it?" Perhaps because this guy is drunk more often than not. "Because you don't even know who this guy is, what if he's a stalker? Or some 50 year old creep who's catfishing you and trying to murder you?!" Sean's eyes bulge out of their sockets.
Or that too I guess.
"He's not a serial killer and he can't be catfishing me we're not dating we're barely even talking. He has no reason to lie to me," I reason even though I still very much have my own worries.
"You don't know if he's stalking you, maybe he just didn't want to tell you how he got your number because it's super creepy or something."
"Will you stop it. He hasn't even mentioned meeting up once. If he wanted to stalk me or murder me don't you think he'd have asked to meet by now?" I reply pointedly. "Ask him," Sean suggests in less of a casual way and more of a 'I know I'm right and you'll see once you ask' sort of way.
Yodel [Today 7:33 PM]
Well I've eaten half my body weight I'm sure of itI bite my lip and glance at Sean. He raises his eyebrows like he's challenging me to do it. He can't be catfishing me.
We're hardly anything if friends. There's no reason to catfish me. Why would he send me a similar rude message to the many that I've gotten? He must live around here surely. Everyone getting my number from somewhere like a campus bathroom or something. He has to be from school.
He has to.
Taco intake not as great as your alcohol? Haha
