~Chapter 6 we have a secret, can you keep it?~
Jake's (POV)
I've been really excited to see her. I wanted to know her. I needed to know her, because if I didn't I might as well go crazy. And when I say crazy I don't mean the normal human crazy. I mean...
"Jake?" I heard someone yell. I knew that voice. It was Zoe's. It had to be her's.
I walked out of the shadows and walked up to her. As I reached her I brushed her hair away from her face. She looked down at the ground as a slight blush found its way on her face. She looked up at me as she looked at me like if something was missing, and that was me.
I was missing her, too. I could believe how long it felt like to me being away from her. It felt like if I've live more lives over and over again just waiting for her to come back into my arms.
"Zoe" I said relaxing from the stress that I had over the past few hours. Finally, my mate was here. Somehow she calmed me down. I saw that I calmed her down too.
She looked at me blankly at first then brightened up. "Oh my god, Jake. We have the same classes. And you're my guide for the week." She said really excitedly
"I wonder how that happened." I said sarcastically
She just kept smiling. "Well, I guess you could say... fate?" She asked questionly I had to laugh.
"Ya of course. Fate did bring us together, but I would kind of say our mothers." I said, but she was trying really hard not to laugh, but when I cracked, she joined in.
"Jake" she said, but she was still laughing "Where can we go from here? It's really cold here." She said then I remembered yesterday and how warm it was.
"Well, we could go to my house." I said "And you could meet my mother."
"Is she home?" She asked
"Why wouldn't she be home?" I said laughing a little
"It's just... You know, work and all that." She said shrugging her shoulders
"Ready to go?" I asked her
She looked at the ground then up at me with a huge smile. "Why not?" She said following after me, I took her hand as she went for mine. We both cracked and started laughing once again.
She faced her face toward the ground as a blushed streaked her face. She looked up as she pulled me back to her as she wrapped her hands around my neck. Her lips brushed mine as she pulled away after a second testing me.
She looked me in the eyes giving permission. I put my head on the side of her neck as she tilted her head. I took her cheery blossom scent in as she sighed. My eyes flicked to her lips as I wrapped my hands around her waist.
She put her lips on my cheek as I turned my head to find lips on lips. I pushed her up against my car as I put both hands on both side of her.
Both of our breathing was heavy as I pulled away. "Let's go see my mother," I silently said as I kissed her a final time.
