~ Chapter 38 Growing Up In A Strange World ~

Zoe's (POV)

The triplets were born by 6pm. Jupiter first. Jason was 2nd to be born. February was 3rd to be born and she was the smallest. But she was the one that was Rowena's favorite. I knew it was all worth it in the end, even though they were vampire like just like Jake.

4:43pm for Jupiter.
5:03pm for Jason.
5:37pm for February.

"Zoe!" Jake yelled I rolled my eyes. Then he came running into the baby room. He signed in relief that I was okay and so were the triplets.

"Jake what is it?" I silently said as I lifted up Jupiter. Her blue eyes grew large as she got higher in the air and then to my chest. She started making noises. Cute baby noises.

Jake was in awe. He loved his babies. He was afraid of what their eye color would change to. He hoped it stayed blue, if not to the color green or a light brown.

"It's just Rowena. She wants to see February." He said shaking his head. "I can't believe how they bonded already so well. But she did the same thing with Kovi. I can't believe it at all." He said as he went to pick up Jason. Jason was his boy. The only boy, but he got the same amount of love as the others, but he made it seem like if it was double of what it was. He was a real cutie, and everyone loved him so far in the past 2 months of them being home. Making them 2 months and 3 days old.

"Go and get that rascal." I said shooing him off with Jason still in his arms to go and get her. Jake rolled his eyes.

"It feels like yesterday... The day I met you... It's so far away, but at the same time it isn't." He said as he gave me a kiss "But now we have a child... No we have 3 children..." He said as he walked out of the room with Jason. He decided it was time to get Rowena.

Weeks passed. They were happy. Really happy.

"I can't wait till they start to talk." I said in the video camera. I taping them crawling back and forth like little puppies after their mother, but it wasn't their mother they were after. It was Rowena who has bonded with them in the past 2 months and 10 days.

"I can't wait for their first word." Jake said I shook my head

"I hope no ones been speaking dirty language around them. That's the last thing we need." I said as I turned of the video camera. And picked up Jason. He really loved me. That I knew, but I am his mother for one thing, but then they all loved me. "I bet I already know their first word." I added

"Really?" Jake said raising an eyebrow. "What are they?"

"For February it will be something close to Rowena's name. Jason daddy, and for Jupiter mommy. But who knows? I could be wrong." I said as Jason fell asleep in my arms. I handed him over to his father. Jake smiled at him making like baby noise, but Jason slept on.

I then went to get Jupiter who was in Rowena's arms and falling asleep. February was on her lap already passed out. Rowena beamed a smile at me. She loved the babies. She was already a good mother. She would make an awesome one, but she needed her mate first because of her werewolf blood line that's pulsing in her veins. If she's lucky, she'll find the man of her dreams as her mate, because I certainly have found mine. He was the man of my dreams and I now know why he was.

"Zoe, will I have a baby?" Rowena asked

"Rowena you will one day will have a mate and you will be a mother. I doubted that. I thought I would never be so lucky. Now here I am. A mother of 3 children." I said and Rowena nodded

"I hope I will be, because these children are worth it." She said as she looked at a sleeping February. Her eyes moving fast. I was just wondered what her dream was about so far. I was just hoping it wasn't a nightmare.

We took them down to the river. The water was warmer than normal, and we thought that was good. Jupiter, February, and Jason haven't seen the magical crystal water. Well, I thought it was magical with how you could somehow see the bottom really easily.

"Zoe, where are you taking them?" Rowena asked as she pulled the side my shirt.

"We're taking them to the river." I silently said as I picked up Jupiter and slowly spun her around in the air. She giggled as I started on the second spin. Her facing out to our surroundings. Her blue eyes searched the area. Rowena's face turned from a smile to completely fear streaked. She was afraid that Jupiter was going to be dropped. I knew she was as are as I knew, but didn't we all live dangerously in the first place? Well I have. It use to be fun, until you end up with 3 little babies who are way too cute. They were way too cute. Rowena even thought so.

"Rowena, can you put a jacket on February?" I asked she nodded her head. I didn't want my babies cold. Rowena got her cutest jacket that she accidentally put on her inside out. I fixed it. Then I got Jason ready. Jupiter already was dressed and they all had a boy shorts on, even the girls. None wore a shirt, that's why they had a jacket.

"Who's ready to go swimming?" I silently said as Jake came in and picked up Jason and twirled him around. Jason giggled. It was really adorable, it even made Rowena smile. Jake put Jason down and did the same to Rowena. She loved how her weight didn't matter to him. He's a vampire, come on, her weight wouldn't do anything even if she was a teenager while he did that.

"So are we going somewhere that I'm not invited to?" Jake said as he gave me a kiss.

"No, you knew of this plan for weeks." I said as I grabbed February and handed her to Rowena. Her face beamed like if she won the lottery. Which we didn't. I picked up Jason and handed him to Jake. He smiled proudly at his son. And lastly I picked up Jupiter, my favorite little girl. That's when we went to go swimming. The little one would just have fun in the small pool on the side.

"Let's go." Rowena said as she slightly bounced February. February was having fun with the bouncing game.

"We're already gone." I answered back

Man today is going to go by faster then we know it.
