~ Chapter 37 Baby Business ~

New character's POV

Zoe... Zoe got the boy I've been after for a while. Jake trusted me and all, but he never got as close to me as I wanted him to be.

"Its my Greek blood? Isn't it?" I hissed through clinched teeth. He said at me like if I was confusing the hell out of him. I think I was, but I loved it. I loved to confused people.

"No, deeeemmmm its not your Greek blood. Its the fact that your a werewolf. Your kind have hurt us, but you keep thinking that I'm your mate. I don't feel the bond.." He hissed at me

"I knew who my mate was even before I was born... No scratch that. Before I was reborn." He said and shook his head. I thought I knew Jake. He was once a nice boy before his so called mate Zoe came around. What was he thinking. Leaving me for her.

I gave him a death glance. I'll take care of this problem. My face read. He was scared now, but he handled it well.

"Deeeemmmm there is no problem. Its alright. But get it in your thick head. That we were never mates. We can never be mates. My mate has always been Zoe. Always. We die for each other and we have done just that in the past." He whispered as he ran out of the room to go and see Zoe. He went to see his lovely beast. Zoe...

"I would have never thought I would get replaced by a... A brat..." I muttered and shook my head.

Rowena was playing with her brother. Some sort of tag, but Kovi was always quicker with his werewolf blood line which Rowena never ended up getting. It's still was a big surprise of having a human Luna.

That's when Rowena looked up at me. She frowned like of she knew what... No who I wanted. "I heard you got in a fight with Jake. Its not easy to piss him off." She said not caring about her language. It seemed normal for her, but she was mad... No she was pissed at me for wanting Jake.

He was a perfect mate - and he wasn't mine. That's what confused me the most. But somehow this new random strange named Zoe Hunt got him in her grasp and she did just that.

"It wasn't a fight honey... A fight is something he would never be able to handle." I said softly as I was down to her level. That's when she slapped me on the face. It hurt. Really hurt. Well she did get her strength from her father for one thing.

"How dare you try that! I'm not a fucking baby! I'm 6 for cry out loud! I've seen Jake fight, you would be the one who can't handle it!" Rowena shouted. She wanted me in tears. I don't think she would try that, but she did. Then she ran to go and see Zoe. Someone she respected just like a mother. I never respected anyone like a mother. Not even my own.

That's when I heard her call for Jake. She was saying something I didn't understand. It was beautiful and yet sad at the same time. It was some language that I didn't know. That's when I heard the words it's time in between the words of the beautiful language. I knew what it meant. Zoe's children were to be born today and that she'll no longer be caring them, but now she would be holding them.
