New character

Jake's father Constantine's (POV)

"Janet!!" I screamed she can running and out of breath.

I laughed there is no way she can be out of breath, we haven't breathed in like a million years if not more.

"What's so funny?" Janet asked "Not that you left when your son was 4 years old and chosen to be the prince of all vamps. He doesn't deserve you!!" She said in a growl

"About that." I said silently looking at the ground

Man, I really did mess up with my own son. When I didn't even try to mess it up. Bout I just messed it up without thinking.

"What's about that?" She said as she put her hands on hips trying to look bad ass. Well, she failed just for you to know.

"I saw him... I saw him in a dream. I told him he needed a stronger bond for him and his mate. I told him about a blood bond was one of the strongest of bonds. Which it is." I said and closed my eyes waiting for her to do something. She only stood straight, still, and quiet. The quiet was killing me. I have always hated the silence.

"What did you do??" She growled at me and pounced. The exact thing I expected. I wasn't surprised at all.

"What the funk did you do to my son." She said as she pushed me down on the ground.

"I did what anyone should have done for their prince." I said I was mad at her for calling him only her son, because he was also mine at one time, too.

"No one would has said getting a blood bond. They need a totem for that one." She said

"He has a strong one. I remembered it." I said she looked at me like if I was crazy.

"Them what is it?" She asked

"The something as his mate." I said making her think and then wild. I smiled

"She has one?" She said confused

"Ya, she does. I saw it in a dream 250 years ago." I said and then chuckled Man I love this women.

"What is it?" She asked as she got up and dusted herself off

"It a wolf." I said

"No, that can't be possible. Vampires don't get the totem of a wolf. Only werewolves get that one and them... Well of course humans..." She said silently and covered her face.

"Not if he's the prince of the vampires and then the werewolves and then yes he can have it,but he is the prince of both." I said shaking my head

"I was never informed about this." She said silently

"No one was. It will go down in a few years. I saw it in a dream." I said she looked me like if I was a witch. Which I wasn't.

We stood there, being silent for like 3 minutes. It once again was killing me.

"Let's go see our son." I said she nodded

Jake has been home for a day just sleeping with Zoe. Zoe has came over and nodded at me. That's when I saw something off about her. Her steps went as fancy and delicate like they use to be. She would drift off and not finish her sentence. And she feel asleep way early so that meant she kept falling asleep on Jake and Jake always cared her up to his room.

That's when I saw she already had the mark. Fang marks.

"Jake, when did she get the mark?" I asked him. He looked at the ground

"Jake" I said once more and Jake fished out a blood crystal and put it in her pocket. She wouldn't know what to do with it if she was in danger.

"1120" He said

"Shit, she was the princess?" I said scared now. There is no way she could have been the princess.

"Ya, she was her." He said silently as her traced the fang marks.

"How long has she had the mark?" I asked him

"5 days by what I know." He said "I've know her for about a week if not more."

"Do you know who did this to her?" I asked

"What the fuck dad? She was my girl then, too." He said I flinched

"So its your fang marks?" I asked

"Ya, it is I guess." He said

"Son do you know what this means?" I asked him thinking he didn't

"What does it mean?" He asked me

"The way she's been acting. It all makes since now." I said silently

"What?" He said

I'm surprised that he didn't notice it earlier.

"I'll have your mother get her something." I said leaving him in shock about something he didn't know about. I frowned
