~ Chapter 30 Mistakes and Lies ~

3rd person (POV)

Janet starred out of the window. She was upset. Her son had a pregnant girlfriend and there was nothing in the book that said any thing that said anything about a vampire baby.

"The baby will be vampire, but won't they be half human? Is the vampire gene more dominant? It might be." She said out loud.

"Mom." Jake said "don't worry. Its like a normal pregnancy, but slightly faster then normal." He said and hugged her she smiled

"I can't believe it at all. I'm going to be a Grandma to three." She said laughing silently nodding her head

"I know I know." He said silently "I'm going to be a father of three too. It's... It's really surprising. The news that she's pregnant. You know." Jake said his head was spinning with questions:

°Will the pregnancy be a normal one?

°Will Zoe ever get to see here children?

°When will they be born?

°Is she going to survive through the birth?

°What will the children be like? Human or more like a vampire? Like himself.

°Are they going to be half?

°Will they end up killing their mother? Because if they do they break Jakes heart already.

"Jake? Stop your thoughts. Your mate might end up getting them. It could possibly happen by the way." Constantine said as he walked into the room and picked up Janet. Janet giggled like a little girl. Jake rolled his eyes.

"How did you have me then, if vampires can't have children?" Jake asked still confused at that type of thing.

"Now, that's a whole different story." His mother said to him. "Right now it's Zoe who we're worried about."

"Bout he does have a right to know." Constantine said shaking his head "We've kept it from him... And now somehow out of the blue he gets his mate pregnant." He said

"Oh ya dad about the babies ---" Jake said but was cut off

"Babies? What its not only one? But I thought ---" Janet said starting to freak out

"Mom, mom calm down. There are more than one. There's 3 little babies. all cute and healthy. 2 girls and a boy. Last time they said there were only 2 but they got out wrong." Jake said "I never kept it a secret from you. You know that right?" Jake said tilting his head too the side and smiled. His mother smiled back.

"Son, I love you... No. No, wait a second there. I don't love you. I hate you!!" She said joking around with his mind of was working.

"But mom you don't mean that do you?" Jake asked her softly

"I've made my own mistakes Jake. I don't always mean what I say. You know that right?" She said and smiled

"Um. Let me think." He said and she ran and jumped out the window. It had to be 6 stories off the ground.

"Talk to you at dinner." She mind linked him. He blocked her off. The he put his head in his hands. His father walked over to him.

"My whole world, my whole life has been mistakes and lies." Jake said silently to his father

"You only think so. But you are here for a reason... You're here for Zoe and your pups." Constantine said I laughed at the word pups.

"Really dad? Pups? She's human so its babies." Jake said shaking his head

"She's special. She's also different from humans. She your Luna. And Luna's have strong pups. But only one is special." Constantine said as he looked at his son

"I know she's special. I've seen her soul." Jake said then started laughing.

"Have you heard of the moon god prophecy? It says that a special Luna has a baby who gives her a wolf mark somewhere one her body. And then there were other parts to it about raising the kid with a pure heart, with the truth, no lies, and that it could help or it can hurt us. We have to take the risk it says, but they say the child has siblings." Constantine said

"She has no marks like that father. Only the one she got when she turned 12. Her totem, wolf mark or should I call it a scar. I still don't know why she did it. Then I have the same mark..." He said trailing off remembering the pain that came from it, but it did hold power that was one thing that was true.

"What? When did that happen?" Constantine asked

"When you said we needed a stronger bond. A blood bond. Well that's what one is. But it does have more steps then just that. But it's still a blood bond." He said then held up his palm showing a mark that was super small to be anything but a bonding spot.

"Dad I have to go." Jake said as he ran out of the room searching for Zoe's presence. She was in one of these rooms.

"What did that boy get himself into? He's have a boy pup. He might be the prophecy child or a different one." Constantine whispered to himself. He was only confusing himself more and more about the prophecy and the little boy that was the prophecy itself.

"I have find out who the prophecy is to." He silently said and walked to the front door.
