I thought I might hurl after the capsule but I didn't let Aubrey know. The walls fell down and behind them was a dirt road with a few thirsty trees. The capsule then disappeared. I helped Aubrey up and we looked around. To the left was nothing but dessert land and to the right was what looked like a town so we headed in that direction.
We walked about a mile when we came to the clump of trees that turned out to be a town. It looked like it was from on of those old western movies. Everything was made of wood there was signs above all the building that read stuff like: Generals Store, Clinic, Sheriffs, and The Grand Hotel. It felt like I had gone backward in time. The weird thing was that everything was about ten times bigger then us. The people wore old fashioned pioneer clothes.
"Oh no" I heard Aubrey mutter. "This is a giant's town. We have to get out of here. If they find us they'll capture us and do who knows what. They all have different wants and needs."
We started jogging away from the town but a giant woman saw us and we started to sprint but it was too late. She scooped us up in her giant hand and said "Henry, I found us dinner."
Then a giant man came out from the general's store and looked at us. "Great job Amelia"
Amelia dropped us into her picnic basket and closed the lid. Inside the basket were some carrots, radishes, peas, potatoes, and an onion.
"Let's try and stack these vegetables up high enough so we can open the lid and get out of here." I suggested
We stacked up the vegetables and climbed up the stack together we opened up the lid and were just about to jump out when Amelia started walking and threw us off balance. We fell along with the stack of vegetables to the bottom of the basket. Aubrey and I stood up only to be knocked back down by Amelia swinging the basket. We toppled from one side to the other for what seemed like forever, when suddenly I felt the basket being set down. I heard Amelia say "Better start the fire."
"Quick lets stack the vegetables up and get out of here while we can." I whispered to Aubrey.

We worked as fast as we could, lifting the heavy vegetables one by one. Aubrey climbed to the top first with me right behind her. Together we lifted the cover to the basket and jumped out. I could feel my legs tingle from jumping from so high up.
Over by the fire place Amelia was humming as she made the fire. She had set us on a counter. It looked about forty feet to the bottom.
"How are we supposed to get down there?" I asked
"Follow my lead."
We ran to the edge of the counter where the top of a chair was. Aubrey stepped on the top and slid down the edge onto the seat of the chair.
"You try." Aubrey said a little too loud.
Amelia turned around and marched towards us. "Get back here"
"Run" Aubrey shouted.
I stared at the chair, such a big drop. I thought. My legs moved for me jumping of the ledge, just missing Amelia's giant hand. I gripped the side of the chair as tightly as I could and slowly came down. Aubrey had already made it down the leg of the chair and was telling me to come after her. My body again moved for me while my mind protested. When I hit solid ground Aubrey grabbed my arm and pulled to the counter where there was a crack with just enough room to fit into.
"Here's the plan" Aubrey began. "You can make holograms with your mind right?"
"I haven't actually tried it yet, and Mr. Timothy said that I might be able to do it with time and practice, something that hasn't happened yet."
"Can't you at least try?"
"I guess"
I had no idea how to do this but I closed my eyes and concentrated on a mental image of myself. I heard Aubrey gasp but I stayed concentrated. I could feel sweat form on my forehead, and I began to feel faint. Then I felt a hand on my shoulder and I opened my eyes looking at myself. I moved my hand to touch the other me but my hand went right through it. I stared at the other me in shock.
            "I did it"
"Great, now the plan is for hologram Sydney to run into the open and create a diversion while we sneak out of here. Got it?"
"Yep"
Hologram me went out of hiding and started screaming "Over here, come and get me."
Amelia charged towards the hologram while Aubrey and I sprinted to the door. I lagged behind still exhausted from creating the hologram. The more I progressed the worse I felt, my sprint turned into a jog. The door opened and came inches from hitting Aubrey in the face. She squealed. A man entered the room and looked down with a mean old face. He picked Aubrey up first and then me; his hands were dirty and smelled funny.
"Hey Amelia, Dinner is trying to run away." He said
Amelia was bent down under a cabinet looking for hologram me.
"There are those little rascals, wait there I'll get some ribbon or something so they won't escape."

Amelia came back with some ribbon, tied us together and put us in a huge pot. Then she started preparing dinner. She muttered as she cooked.
I sat there feeling dizzy my world started to blur and I could hardly make out Aubrey's face. She was saying something but I couldn't understand her. I tried to tell her that but my words came out in a jumbled mess. The world seemed to have gone into slow motion. I kept thinking this is my end. Ill never go to Paris and see the Eiffel tower, I'll never become the first girl president, and I'll never even make it home. Then the world disappeared before my eyes.
