I watched as the sweat rolled down her bosom. The way the sun glistened off her face. It just made me fall in love all over again.

"Would you stop staring at me like that?" She dabbed her face with a towel.

Y/n was her name, my beautiful girlfriend of three years. We've been on break these past two months. I asked her to come to the gym so we could talk about what happened & what I could do to get us back together.

"DANIEL!" She snapped. I took a drink of the water that was in my hand, continuing to stare at her.

"Can we just fix this?" I asked her. "You'd stop avoidin me and we'll talk this shit out." She looked away.

"I have nothing to say about the situation."

"It was over five years ago!" I spat.

"I'm not talking about this here." She grabbed her towel & got up. As she passed me, I grabbed her by her waist.

"Why can't you just let this go?" I whispered in her ear. I heard her sniffle.

"The simple fact that you tried to hide it from me, that's why I can't let it go..." She released my grip & walked into the girls locker room. I sighed & leaned back on the wall.
