A Familiar Face

(Jacob's POV)

I still had the blindfold and duct tape on. I don't know how long I have been out or if either of them are still here, but my guess is the man left to find that person again and the woman is still here to make sure I don't wriggle free from my chair. But I knew one thing for certain was how much I missed Max and the others.

(Max's POV)

"I know I shouldn't be doing this but I want to go through his phone so I can remember the amounts of fun we had." I said to Adam.
"Fine go ahead. Do what you want." Adam said tearing up. I knew he missed Jacob too and was torn up when the police stopped the search for him. So I looked through his photos, most of them were of him and some of the people from the offices messing around and I began to tear up looking at the photos. I eventually made my way to his contacts and saw that he had changed some of the names on the contacts such as Adam's which was changed to "theSkyisfalling!" Ross's which is now, "Slothzilla" and when I saw mine I began to cry uncontrollably. Adam took the phone from me and read my contact out loud, "Dad Max"
I didn't even care that it was a bad pun I just wanted him back home with me and Ross. I wanted it to be like it was before he was taken.

(Sometime later)
(Jacob's POV)

I heard the man come back and he called for the woman's help, he must have found the person he was looking for. "Oh, Jacob, we brought you some company." The man said.
"Wait... Jacob!" The new person said. This voice sounded very familiar but I couldn't tell who it was. The man eventually pulled off the blindfold and the duct tape. My eyes began to adjust on the face in front of me and I nearly screamed when I recognized who it was. "Chris! What are you doing here!"
"I could ask you the same." Chris replied.
"Aww isn't this reunion so sweet." The man said. "But I think it's time I fly solo from now on"
"Wait what!?" The woman said as the man pulled out a gun and shot her. Both Chris and I screamed, the man then pointed the gun towards me and said, "I would kill you too but I plan on giving you and your friend here away to some buyers in Afghanistan." I looked him in the eyes, afraid, and so did Chris. "But I think I'm going to celebrate with a drink, so bye!!" The man said as he walked away. I waited a while before talking to Chris because I wanted to make sure the man had left completely. "Chris I want you to try and wriggle free or find something to cut us out." I told Chris.
"O-ok" he stuttered, I know that he is afraid but I am as well. We looked all around but nothing, the man came back and was a drunk mess. He began to beat Chris fiercely. I screamed, yelled, and sweared for him to stop until he turned towards me and said, "oh yeah," *hic* " let's see how," *hic* "you deal with this." He began to beat me as well and then he took out a knife and began to cut my arms, I screamed in pain. He eventually stopped and I was bleeding a lot but not enough to bleed out completely. "Haha take that." He said almost falling on to me. He turned and was going to leave the room when he threw up on the floor. Soon after he left and vomit on the floor was stinking up the room.
