Check up

(Jacob's POV)

Adam and Barney were awake now and relieved to see me alive and well. Chris got excited because he knew Adam was Skydoesminecraft. "Oh yeah. I forgot to mention a little detail." I said to Chris.
"What is it?" Chris asked.
"I was adopted by Mithzan." I said smiling.
"That's awesome" Chris said smiling back at me.
"You two should get some rest" Max said.
"Ok." I responded.

(Timeskip to hospital)
(Max's POV)

We arrived at the hospital and the doctors immediately knew what happened because Ross called before we got there and told them what was going on. They took Jacob and Chris to the same room and began to run tests. I wanted to follow Jacob into the room but the nurse said that they have to finish the tests before he can have visitors. So I reluctantly went back to the waiting room thankfully Barney, Adam, and Ross were here to keep me company while I wait and to keep me from sneaking into the room where Jacob is.

(Timeskip to after the tests)
(Jacob's POV)

The doctors finished the tests And overheard the doctor tell Chris that he had some bruised ribs and two broken ribs. When he came over to me he said that I had the same thing but instead of the broken ribs I had a hairline fracture in my arm and had to have a cast. As the doctor left a policeman came in to ask if we had any relatives to live with and we both shook our heads.
"My adoption father is in the hospital." I said
"What's his name?" The policeman asked.
"Max" I replied. The policeman left the room and a little bit later he comes back with Max and he runs to me and gives me a hug. The policeman then turned to Chris and asked him, "what about you?"
"Oh I live with my adoption father also his name is Brian." Chris responded.
"I will contact him that you are here by looking at the adoption records." The policeman said. The policeman walked away and I turned to Chris and asked where he lived with his adoption father. "California. But why are you asking we are in California right?" Chris asked.
"No we are in Washington" I told him. Chris must have been shocked so much because he didn't say anything after that, so I turned back to Max who was still hugging me and said, "I'm fine you can stop hugging me now."
"Haha sorry I just missed you so much." He said as he let go. I saw tears form in his eyes but he wiped them away. He looked at my soft cast on my arm and told me that he will be the first to sign it when it becomes a hard cast. I laughed because we didn't treat each other as father and son, we treated each other like friends. A while later Adam, Ross, and Barney came in to visit. The entire time Chris was fangirling over Adam and we all laughed because it reminded me of when I met Adam. "The people from the offices will be here tomorrow but they would be here now but it is 2 in the morning." Ross said.

(Max's POV)

I laughed at what Ross said and looked over at Jacob, he was dosing off and he soon fell asleep. He must have been tired from what he has gone through. I stayed in the room with him and Chris as they both were sleeping and I also fell asleep in the chair next to Jacob's bed.
