(Jacob's POV)
Plane tickets! Wherever we are going it must be far to need plane tickets! I thought to myself. I looked at the plane tickets to see where we are going. I found the one word that made me very happy, Hawaii. "Are we really going to Hawaii!?" I asked.
"Yes we are." Max said. I hugged him tightly as he said, "wait there's more, just let me go for a minute." Max said.
"Oops sorry." I said
"Let me see the ticket." Max said. I handed him the ticket. Max then revealed a second ticket. "Now look at the tickets closely." Max said. I looked at the tickets and saw the names of the owners. "Jacob" was on one of them and the other one said, "North". My eyes got wide. "N-North is coming too!?" I asked.
"Wait, what!" North said.
"Haha yes North is coming too as long as Jess is ok with it." Max said.
"Of course, I'll have you know I'm coming too." Jess said.
"Wait, is this why you have been on the phone so much lately?" I asked.
"Yes, I wanted it to be a surprise for you." Max said.
"When do we leave?" I asked.
"In a week." Max said, "oh and Nick is unable to come so Tim is replacing his spot." I nodded half heartily because I was still trying to wrap my mind around North coming on vacation with us. I didn't really pay too much attention until we got home. When we got home I walked inside and turned around and hugged Max. He seemed shocked but he hugged back.
"Thank you." I said softly.
"Your welcome." Max said.
"You have made my life so much better when you adopted me." I said. Max chuckled and said, "you have also made my life more fun."
