My Hero: Chapter 19

Sorry for the late update :( I've been sooo busy and if I was on Wattpad, I was updating Angel Boy LOL. But I am back now :D This is the RECEPTION CHAPTER :D

Chapter 19:

"Congratulations!"

I smiled as I leaned into Nate at the head table as we ate. "Thank you," we both said.

I snuggled into Nate. "I can't believe we are married!" I said to Nate.

Nate smiled. "I can't believe it either, Mrs. Lively."

I looked up from his chest to look at him. "I love you."

Nate laughed, kissing me lightly. "I love you, too."

"I'm just going to talk to dad, okay?" Nate said.

I nodded. "Sure, I'll be right here."

Nate smiled, looking at me longingly before walking over to chat with his dad. I started to walk around, looking around for Liam. Where was he? I sighed, looking over the crowd of people. Suddenly, music started playing. Lucky by Jason Mraz and Colbie Caillat started playing. Nate was still talking to his dad. Suddenly, I saw Liam, emerging from the crowd.

"Liam!" I squealed, throwing myself at him.

He grinned, hugging me tightly. "Hello married woman! How does it feel to be Mrs. Lively?" he asked, winking at me.

I laughed. "It's crazy! I can't believe it."

Liam smiled. "Well, I'm sure Nate won't mind but will you have this dance with me?" he asked, holding his hand out.

I laughed, nodding as I took his hand. "Yes, you may," I said, letting him lead me towards the dance floor.

I put my hands on his shoulders, as he put his hands on my waist. "So, are you happy?" he asked.

"Extremely!"

I turned my head, looking as I saw Lily dancing with her partner. "Aww!" I exclaimed, nodding my head towards the little ones, who were positioned just as Liam and I were.

Liam laughed.  "Oh my gosh. That's adorable. Who knew my sister was such a romantic already?"

I smiled. I looked over to where Lacey was. Lacey was talking to one of Nate's little cousins, who was just about Lacey's age. She looked like she was flirting a bit, making me smile. "Your other sister seems to be enjoying herself, too," I said, nodding towards Lacey.

Liam looked over towards Lacey. He laughed, shaking his head. "She's such a flirt."

I lightly hit him in the shoulder. "It's normal for her age!"

"She should wait! She just got out of a bad relationship!"

I rolled my eyes. "Yeah, like eight months ago! Come on, let her have some fun!"

"He might break her heart."

I laughed. "Aww, are you protective of your little sister? Do you not want her to grow up?"

Liam smirked. "Don't be silly. I'm just looking out for her."

"That's protecting her."

"Whatever."

I scoffed at his denial. Deep down, I knew he was very protective of Lacey. "So, have you got a girlfriend? Will you be the next one to get married?" I joked, knocking him with my shoulder as we danced.

Liam shook his head. "Nah. Still searching for a future Mrs. Benson. It's okay, though. I'm just taking my time."

I smiled. "You'll find her one day, hopefully. She's going to be one lucky girl," I said, nodding.

Liam smiled. "Thank you."

"Ladies and gentleman, it's time for the Bride and Groom to have their first official dance!"

Nate smiled at me as we met on the dance floor. Only Hope started playing and we started dancing. I felt so much love. The way he looked at me, made my heart ache.

"I love you," Nate said, giving me a smile.

"I love you, too," I replied.

The whole time, our eyes never left each other. They were like magnets.

OMG I AM SOOOO SORRY IF THIS WAS SHORT! I had writer's block XD Today was the school Welcome Back dance but it was AWFUL. I cried in the bathroom after having my heart broken... But whatever. He's not worth it.... LOL.
