I was packing up our things,  I had the suit case out on the bed and placing all of Lena things inside.  We were heading back to London today.  It had been an amazing week here with Harry's mom and step dad.  We had even spent an evening with Gemma,  who was on my case as soon as she saw me.  She could read me like a book.  I didn't go into detail about anything,  I just didn't have the energy to tell her about what has been going on with me.

"Mommy......I don't feel good." Lena whined as she come into the room.  "I hurt all over."

"Come here sweetie."  I tell her as I look her over, she is pale, her little eyes are glassy.  I place the back of my hand on her forehead and she is so warm.  "You feel like you are running a fever."

"Oh Mommy I don't feel good." She exclaimed as she started to cry.

"Baby girl it is okay." I tell her as I pick her up and hold her in my arms.  I can feel the heat coming off of her.  "I am going to give you some medicine to help with the fever and aches."  I tell her as I sit her on the bed,  the poor little thing continues to cry softly.  I take the Tylenol out of my purse and pour her a little glass off water from the beside jug that Anne always provided me at bedtime.  She knew how much I drank over night.

She took the two pills and sipped on the water.  I watched her lie down and close her little eyes.  She was asleep in a matter of minutes.  I sigh hoping that it isn't anything serious.

"You almost ready?" Harry asks from the door.

"Ummmm just about......Lena is running a fever." I tell him,  he comes into the room as soon as I tell him.  "I just gave her some medicine,  she feels really warm.   Does your mom have a thermometer so I can check to see just how fevered she is?"

I watch him place his hand on our little ones head,  he brow furrows and he looks at me.  "She is burning up."

"I know." I tell him.  "The medicine will take about half hour to work."

"I am going to go see if Mom has something to check her temperature with."

I finish packing up our things and close up the suit cases and set them by the door for Harry to take out to the car.  I could take them myself but I wasn't going to argue with him.  I would make him happy and let him do all the work.

"Here."  He said handing me a thermometer as he comes back into the room.  I walk across the room and place it in her ear,  she doesn't even stir.  I press the button and wait for it to read.

"She is 38.5."  I say as I hand him back the thermometer.

"Is that bad?  Should we take her to the hospital?  Call the doctor?"

"Harry she is running a fever,  which is the body natural response to her fighting something.  I gave her medicine, we will make sure she drinks and I will keep an eye on her.  Right now at this moment we don't need to take her to see a doctor."

He lets out a breath that he has been holding.

"We will keep an eye on her H." I tell him as I place my hand on his arm.  He  looks at me and nods.

"I will take the stuff out to the car and I will come back for her." He tells me as his mom comes in the room.

"Poppet not feeling well?"

"Running a fever and body aches." I tell Anne as I sit down on the bed beside Lena.

"You guys don't have to leave, you can stay another night."
