The wind rustled through the trees as Adderpaw and Lionpaw walked with their mentors, Stormeye and Shadowmoon. "Hurry up!" Called Adderpaw. "We are going to be late for the Warriors Ceremony!" Said Lionpaw. "We will get there soon" "Don't worry" said Stormeye. "I will miss teaching you, Lionpaw" mewed Shadowmoon. "I'll still be here" "We can always go hunting together" meowed Lionpaw as he rubbed against Shadowmoon. When they entered camp, the clan had already started to gather. "Crystalstar must have already called the meeting" said Adderpaw. Adderpaw's and Lionpaw's mothers' rushed up to them to get them cleaned up. "Let all those cats old enough to catch their own prey, gather here beneath the highrock for a clan meeting" called Crystalstar. "Stay here dears" "I have to listen to Crystalstar" said Icestorm to her kits. "But I want to watch!" Whined Rosekit . "Sit right beside the nursery" called Icestorm as she began walking towards the other cats. "These two apprentices have trained to be the best Warriors they can possibly be" said Crystalstar. "Stormeye, has Adderpaw learned in the ways of the Warrior?" Asked Crystalstar. "He has Crystalstar" replied Stormeye. "And Shadowmoon, has Lionpaw learned the ways of the Warrior also?" Asked Crystalstar again. "He has Crystalstar" replied Shadowmoon. "Then by the power of my Warrior Ancestors, I name Lionpaw, Lionheart and Adderpaw, Adderfang." "Serve your clan well, and for many seasons." Said Crystalstar. The whole clan then called the names of the new Warriors. "We will have a feast tonight!" "Let the new Warriors have first pick!" "They have earned it!" Said Crystalstar. The clan then feasted and rested well.
