"I told them I would show them the way tomorrow." Meowed Sal. "Sal!" "Not now!" "Not at a time like this." Screeched Night. Icestorm and her friends jumped back frightened. Sal looked at Night calmly. "Night, you'll be fine." "Tell you what, I'll tell Midnight about your condition and see if she has any herbs for you." Mewed Sal. "What's wrong with him?" Asked Leafpool. "He coughs, sneezes, and has sore bones." Answered Sal. "I know what'll help him." "He needs some tansy and comfrey." "I'll be glad to find him some!" Said Leafpool happily. "Oh thank you dear!" "But not right now." "You all need your rest for traveling to the sun-drown place tomorrow." Mewed Sal. Shadowmoon yawned. "I'm pretty exhausted." "In the morning you can fetch Night the herb, Leafpool." "Let's go, Icestorm and friends." Said Sal as she walked into an opening. The four friends followed. They walked into a warm room. "You can sleep in here dears." Said Sal. The cats thanked her and settled down. As Icestorm tried to fall asleep, she thought about Rockkit. "I hope he's alright." "I really need that herb." She whispered to herself. A few heartbeats later, the cats had fallen to sleep.
