Icestorm woke up to find herself and her friends in a strange place. "Where am I?" Asked Icestorm nervously. Then Icestorm remembered that she and her friends had come to get a special herb for Rockkit. She stood up and stretched. Icestorm looked over to where her friends were still sleeping. She padded out of the room and into where Sal and Night slept. "I think I'll go hunting." She whispered to herself. Icestorm padded out of the house and into the small yard. She spotted a mouse cleaning itself underneath a tree. She dropped into a crouch and stalked towards it. "What are you doing?" Icestorm jumped into the air frightened. She turned around to see Sal. The mouse scampered away. "Sal!" "What?" "What did I do?" "You scared away the mouse!" "I was going to eat it!" Hissed Icestorm angrily. "Why would you want to eat it?" Asked Sal. "The twolegs will be coming to feed us soon." Sal meowed flatly. "I'm not a kittypet!" "I eat mice!" Icestorm stomped away madly. Sal looked after her confused. As Icestorm rounded a corner, she bumped into Leafpool. "What's wrong Icestorm?" "Sal scared away my mouse and I'm so hungry!" Said Icestorm angrily. "Well, Nettleclaw and Shadowmoon just brought back some mice." "They'll share with you." Mewed Leafpool. "Oh good!" "I'm starving!" Said Icestorm as she began walking towards her clanmates and Night." "Wait, Icestorm!" "I think you should apologize to Sal." "She's letting us stay here, the least you can do is say sorry to her." "I will after I eat." Mewed Icestorm as she walked towards the mice. Leafpool padded into the yard to find tansy and comfrey. "Hi!" Said Icestorm to Night, Shadowmoon, and Nettleclaw. Shadowmoon pushed a mouse towards Icestorm. "Here you go." "You must be starving." Mewed Shadowmoon. "I am" said Icestorm as she tore into the mouse. She finished the mouse in a few heartbeats. Icestorm stood up. "I'll be back." "Oh, and thank you for the mouse!" Icestorm dipped her head towards her friends and walked out of the twoleg house to find Sal.
