Chapter 18: Crystal Herb

As Icestorm and Midnight entered the hole in the cave, Icestorm was filled with awe. There were bunches of shelves made of granite and all kinds of herbs sat on them. There was also a small, glittering waterfall in the back of the cave. The water gathered in a small hole in the floor. Up above, there were tiny holes in the ceiling that were letting in light. "Midnight, this place is beautiful!" Mewed Icestorm. "Thank you Icestorm." Answered Midnight. "Now let me find the special herb for Rockkit." Said Midnight. Midnight shuffled through some herbs and stopped at a shelf near the cave entrance. "Ooh!" "Here we are!" Midnight pulled out a crystal ball with ridges in it and soft leaves on top of it. She set it down in front of Icestorm. Icestorm sniffed it. "It smells like honey." Mewed Icestorm. "It has honey in the middle of it." Said Midnight as she placed a large leaf beside the crystal herb. "I'll wrap the crystal herb in this leaf and then I'll tell you what to do with it." Said Midnight as she started to wrap the crystal herb in the leaf. "Now, when you get back to Rockkit, you have to make Rockkit sit up." "Then, you have to put the crystal herb to his chest but the leaves have to be touching Rockkit's chest." "And then, the crystal herb will melt into Rockkit's chest." "He'll be unconscious for a few minutes but then he'll wake up and he'll be good as new." "He'll be ready to be the next deputy." Finished Midnight. Icestorm gave a mrrow of laughter at the last comment.
