Icestorm watched Midnight walk out of the sleeping place. "Good night everyone she whispered." "Night Icestorm." Answered Shadowmoon sleepily. Icestorm laid her head on her paws and was immediately swept into a dream. She was standing in Lionclan's forest. Then, a fluffy silver she-cat walked out of the trees. "Silverheart!" Gasped Icestorm. Icestorm ran to Silverheart and buried her face in Silverheart's shoulder. "I missed you so much mom." Mewed Icestorm quietly. "My dear Icestorm." "I'm always here with you." Answered Silverheart. Icestorm sat down beside Silverheart. "Mom I-". But Silverheart cut her off, "I know you tried to save me Icestorm." "But there was no saving me." "Do not grieve anymore." Icestorm nodded her head. "Have you seen Rockkit from up here?" "I have, but he is near death." "As soon as the sun strikes the entrance of the cave in the morning, you must set off back to Lionclan." Meowed Silverheart. Icestorm looked down and felt her eyes water. "I must go now Icestorm." "I love you sweetie." "And remember, I'll always be here with you." Icestorm looked up and saw her mother fading away. "I love you to mom!" She called. The dream was fading away also and Icestorm was plunged into darkness.
