"I wish you the best of luck with your journey, Icestorm and friends." Said Midnight. Icestorm set the crystal herb down and bowed her head to Midnight. "Thank you Midnight for everything you've done for us." "Your welcome Icestorm." "Now, you should start going." "The sun will strike the entrance any time now." Icestorm bowed her head once more and picked up the crystal herb. She went and stood with the rest of the cats. "Ready?" Asked Leafpool. Icestorm nodded her head.
The cats soon reached the small forest. They passed by their temporary camp and it smelt of fox scent that was fairly new. The cats eyes widened and they stated to walk faster. Soon the trees thinned out and they came to the small thunderpath. "We'll have to cross in pairs." "Shadowmoon and Nettleclaw, you two go first." "Then, Sal and I will go." "And Night and Leafpool will go." Meowed Icestorm. After a monster had passed, Nettleclaw and Shadowmoon raced across the thunderpath. Once they had gotten safely to the other side, Icestorm and Sal ran across. Leafpool and Night followed.
The cats were walking in an alley when they heard a rustling noise. Shadowmoon told the cats to stay right there while she went to check it out. Soon, a loud screech erupted from the other side of the alley. Icestorm handed Leafpool the crystal herb and she and Nettleclaw ran after the noise. "Get off me you flea-bag!" Screeched Shadowmoon. Icestorm and Nettleclaw arrived just in time to see Shadowmoon through a russet colored tom off of her. "Dis es meh alle!" Screeched the tom. "I ain't ever done nothin to recieve dis trouble!" He growled. The tom jumped onto a twoleg fence and said, "If you ain't gone by da time I git bak, you gonna have some trouble yourself!" And with that, he was gone.
