Icestorm woke up from her nap and padded quietly to Stormeye. "Hello." Said Icestorm as she rubbed against Stormeye. "Hello." Answered Stormeye. "The kits are sleeping right now, but when they wake up, they'll be bored." Said Icestorm. "I think we should take them for a walk in the forest and play a game." She said. "Alright." "What's in mind?" Asked Stormeye. "I think you should hide, and let them find you, to sharpen their stalking skills." Said Icestorm. "Sounds good." "I think their waking up now." Said Stormeye as he pointed his tail towards the nursery. "Go hide, and I'll get them." Said Icestorm as she began walking to the nursery. "Hello kits!" "Would you like to play a game?" Asked Icestorm. "Yes!" The kits chanted."Come along kits!" Called Icestorm. "We're coming" mewed Rockkit, Rosekit, and Littlekit. "Where's daddy?" Asked Rosekit. "He's hiding dear". "You have to find him" meowed Icestorm. "Look I see his tail!" Mewed Rockkit. " I'll get him" called Littlekit. All of the kits then charged towards their father. "Got you!" Said all of the kits in unison. "Ahh!" Screeched Stormeye. "You got me!" Said Stormeye as the kits climbed on top of him. "Alright kits, let's get back to camp" mewed Icestorm. As they were walking back, something rustled in the bushes. "What is that?" Asked Rockkit. "I don't know." Said Stormeye. "I'll find out!" Meowed Rockkit. "No!" Screeched Icestorm. As soon as the words were out of her mouth, Rockkit had jumped into he bushes. "Ahh!" "Help me". Screeched Rockkit. Stormeye dove into the bushes and pulled Rockkit out. Rockkit was bleeding along his thigh. "Mommy". He called weakly. "It was a snake" said Stormeye. "I've seen this snake before" said Icestorm. "And only Midnight the badger has the herb for it".
