Ashes
As I lean on this wall tough and sturdy
I realized it was the only thing left for me
For all who I thought were constant and would stay
Had made their choice and walked away
For years I've built my wall so high
To figure out who'd have the courage to try
To try and climb my walls so strong
And earn the love I've kept for so long
I tried my hardest to keep everyone away
Then all of a sudden you came one day
And with your touch it shattered into pieces
My wall, no matter how strong crumbled into ashes
